It's been four months and still haven't got a phone call from them they charged my ins.$200 for x-rays and exam and all I wanted was a simple extraction cause my tooth was hurting they walked me to front door cause they were closing and said well call you when your ins.calls us back After 2 Mon. My ins calls them back 3way they said I never brought back the medical release from my primary doctor which they never mentioned to me so they said they would fax my doctor Well nothing has been done I call them they said Oh let me check Yes we will get on it right away Nope! they never did.My ins said I would have to file a grievance report in order to see another dentist so my tooth stopped hurting and I rather not get any dental work anymore especially in Waco And I will not recommend this place to anyone and it's true about them nurses talking about people behind the door where everybody can hear them

Very helpful and informative. Patient and willing to help and keep you updated on what's needed. My first procedure went absolutely great. The doctor is the best then assistants and great too. I love this office I will definitely be recommending friends and family

My daughters appt was today at 9am. We showed up early at 840. When I called to originally schedule I told them all her information and updated it. The receptionist working the front desk before the other 2 girls were there this morning 10/06, was on the phone with my Insurance company. They verified the policy was active. I was very patient until 15 minutes has passed and the other receptionist decided to innergect her opinion and say we have to verify Insurance every single time you come in. I said okay thats not the issue here, the issue is yall taking your sweet time and conversting about your social life rather than assisting the patient. I was then given a clipboard at 9:07. I didnt understand if they needed me to update her information again thats fine, but why wait until after we have been there for over 20 minutes. I got up handed the clipboard to the receptionist and told them to cancel all appts going forward. So very unprofessional and disorganized. I will never step into this office again.

Very helpful!!! Was able to see me as an emergency patient & provide the basic needs due to excruciating pain even though I didn't have all required documentation (specific circumstances). The dentist was extremely understanding & comforting!! Staff were very helpful also..

Staff was very polite and helpful. Atmosphere was very clean and pleasant. Staff to their time in making sure all areas of concern were covered and and did not try to rush us out to get to the next patient. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing these services.

Came in for a cleaning and I was checked in very fast, also the lady in back Martha took very good care of me and made me feel very comfortable because I am very scared of dentist. I recommend for anyone who doesn't go often to go see her.

The absolute worst! I should have even gotten a second opinion to see if I needed this tooth pulled out bc it wasn't even bothering me in the first place but decided to trust them. This happened in October of 2021!!!! It's July and they just told me they have my implant. When I'm May they saw me and told me that it was only take 3 weeks for my implant to come in..it's been nine. Very unprofessional. And it took even longer to even get impressions because they didn't have the right tools and had to order them. That should be a requirement before even deciding to work on someone's mouth. Worst place, don't recommend.

I wanted to like this place. Staff and doctors were considerate and very professional. Unfortunately, I was admitted 15 minutes after my appointment time despite showing up early, and made to wait more than 30 minutes for a consult with the doctor after X-rays. Moreover, I was only given a (very expensive) cost estimate after my initial evaluation. I wasted 45 minutes waiting for a cleaning I couldn't even pay for. Brident has some serious issues.

I just recently had a appointment at the Franklin ave office and it was absolutely terrible. The chair and area I was brought back to was dirty and there was what looked like either food or something all over the corner of the room. Which the room itself I wouldn't even consider it as one. The chair I was put into had a table full of workers less than 5 feet away giggling and gossiping and staring throughout the very short appointment. About 5 minutes into the appointment I have someone on my left telling me their figuring out my cost for my app. Even though I had been assuming it was free since I have dental insurance. She goes on to say that the fluoride will cost me 47$, something I've never had to pay for before. After I question why she goes into the other room where I can hear here audibly laughing talking about how Im questioning what she's telling me. After I say I am options out she turns and doesn't say anything else. The dentist comes in scrapes at my teeth and flosses me then leaves me with the women who did my x rays to "polish" my teeth. All the while as she's doing it I can physically feel whatever they're using on my teeth overheating and hurting as she's doing it. While also she's resting the entire metal piece on my other teeth vibrating them as she's supposedly polishing my teeth. Then says okay you're good to go. Usually a dentist gives you a brush and toothpaste and floss but they gave me nothing didn't say anything. It was rude, it was dirty and I left with my teeth which had nothing wrong with them hurting and feeling worse than when I came in. Absolutely horrendous and I will never recommend to anyone. -Jasmine K.

Brident dental ruined my teeth! Doctors there lied about me having cavities and drilled holes into my teeth and filled them just to make money!!! I went to them for an exam due to my dentist retiring and no one has replaced him yet. But once his office reopened, I compared my X-rays to one from Brident Dental and noticed I had been taken advantage of. This place is horrible!!! But Keli was so awesome, honest, and kind! She told me the truth about what the other dentists did that drilled holes in my teeth. Keli took great care of mother. Thanks Keli!!!
