Staff in the front are rude and it takes forever for a simple cleaning. Don't expect to get serviced till almost two hours after you arrive to your appointment. Looks to be understaffed. I will be switching away and do not recommend this dentist.

I've been going to the Culebra office. The staff at the front, as well as the assistants are super nice, and Dr. Yanez is amazing. I have quite a few problems with my teeth due to being on many different prescription drugs for over a decade, smoking for many years (I finally quit), and a huge fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Yanez understands these concerns and has made me feel very comfortable during the treatments. I'm happy to say I am excited to fix my teeth. I highly recommend her to anyone who is a little apprehensive or feels embarrassed about the state of their teeth.

If I could give it zero stars I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Came for adult braces in April it is now September and after multiple rescheduled appointments I still do not have my complete set of braces on the bottom. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment rescheduled if you have to miss one so don't miss any and DO NOT make appointments at 5pm way too much traffic. They will give you another appointment a month out. They advertise "open on weekends" they are only open ONE Saturday a month for braces. Their orthodontist is only at their location once a week - the reason why it's impossible to get anything done in a timely manner. The front desk ladies are rude and will sit there and gossip with each other while people waiting in the lobby. If I could take these things off and get all my money back I would rather go somewhere local and not corporatized.Take you're hard earned money elsewhere don't be like me and stuck here for the next year and a half for something I was told would take 6-8 months.

Brident dental and orthodontics is a fantastic office. We have been going for years with all 4 of our children for regular dental work and braces for 3 of them. Vanessa at the front desk is always a pleasure as is Nelson. Dr. Orsingher for Orthodontics has done a great job.

Unknowledgable, unfriendly front office staff. Did not provide adequate information on insurance they accepted, did not make contact with me in advance when they encountered issues, then blamed me for being "late" to my 9 am appointment at 10:00, after i arrived at 8:30 am, waited for someone to open up and they took an hour to determine my insurance was out of network. And the scariest thing is that they asked me to sign an arbitration agreement for malpractice. What?!? Do not recommend.
