Have never experienced such terrible customer service the scheduling manager was extremely Confrontational the conversation developed into a middle school argument very quickly there was no use of emotional intelligence n no use of any deescalation techniques they didn't even consider I sound a little angry becauseI've been in pain for a few days so of coarse I wanna keep the conversation brief but instead I get a very judgmental phone call and a very rude conversation. That leads to a cancellation of my appointment I'm sure this isn't everyone's experience but that was mine
