Dr. Soumava Sen and Dr. Yein Kim own and operate all Brident Dental and South Texas Dental offices in Texas. They set the tone, manage the protocols, and monitor the quality of service provided by every one of our dentists in the state.

I have been taking my son to this dentist since he was 1, he's now 14. He's only needed cleanings but now his wisdom teeth are bothering him and dentist said they need to be removed. Front desk said they need to check with insurance and should have info in 2-3 days. It's now been 2 weeks and I've heard nothing. I've called a couple times and they say they will call me back and haven't. Very frustrating that now when my son is in pain and needs work they cannot help.

Everything went fine all the staff and dentist were good at what they did for me I was surprised usually dentist visit don't go well but so far been very good second day at brident and everything went great I have more work to get done next week would recommend this place to everyone Aug 17 had more work done today everything went great

I was so nervous at first but I found out I needed a lot done which is expensive but they can make it work , I'm glad I found out what was bothering me , crystal is so sweet n nice Glady going in again

I made schedules for myself and four children. We have private insurance, I work hard to give my kids quality health care. One lady in the front was nice, with the hijab was amazing, so to her thank you. But the actual dentist, tall skinny guy, he was very rude to me and my teenager. I don't understand why? He cut me off when I tried to speak or ask questions. He even mentioned we would be better seeing a seasoned dentist, he had no confidence in his own abilities (I appreciated that honesty). The other ladies in the front had attitudes on the phone. I am not sure why the customer service and client care was so bad?! I refuse to spend money where I am not treated with respect and kindness. Several people complained about the wait while I was there. Also, after I made five appointments and was on the phone for 30 minutes, I got a call saying they all needed to be cancelled. So I rescheduled all of the appointments, yet still got calls and texts saying we missed our appointments. When we arrived the ladies in the front where confused and seemed to not know why we were even there. So much time and energy waisted. I was very excited to cancel all future appointments. GO WHERE YOU ARE TREATED WELL! Gas is too high, services are expensive, and no one deserves to be treated disrespectfully!

Brought my kids in today for their follow up appointments and the ladies in front Adre, Crystal, and Alexandra were wonderful as they always are when we come in for for our appointments! Dr. Soriano was super patient with my baby! all around great experience!
