Terrible place they don't have good communication with the call center and the office. Had an appointment scheduled for Monday 10:30 they do t call me until Monday 9am to cancel my appointment tell me I can't come in until October it's November. Alexis was very rude and offered no help for there mess up

I appreciate the office manager Joaquin's thorough explanation of my procedure.Also, Dr. Nguyen was very careful and checked on me several times during the procedure to make sure I was "A" ok.I had a fantastic time at this location. Scheduling was a breeze. I walked out with both my upcoming appointments set and business cards for me to have in hand.I forgot her name but the dentist assistant was so amazing as well.

RUNNN and don't look back. You'll be waiting over an hour just to be seen in the back and holding for over an hour on the phone. I went to get fillings done which they had me to Come back for them to finish them so they could get to someone else, my teeth hurt more now and more sensitive since i let them in my mouth. This place is also very overpriced, there are sooooo many affordable dental and better dentist offices that's close by. Try Harmony dental. I DO NOT Recommend THIS PLACE...

horrible scheduling system. if i could give them a 0 i would. my partner has been going back and forward with them for 2 weeks now because they keep "loosing" their appointment. they also keep making up excuses on why they need to keep rescheduling when it could've been handled sooner. they also contact your emergency contacts about your appointments and not you the client. i wouldn't waste my time here, don't go. i recommend anywhere else but here.
