I have never been to a dentist or doctor's office with such a kind staff. The front desk women were incredible, especially Hazy, thank you for putting up with my crazy toddler and being so accommodating! I STRONGLY recommend this dental office, it's the best I've ever been to!

I have been coming to this office for years and have never experienced bad service. Even during COVID when times were stressful in the healthcare field, everyone was working hard and trying to be helpful. My grandkids also come here and have never had a bad experience. This is truly the best office for patients of all ages.

Let me tell you about how this place operates. I had scheduled checkup for both my parents at the end of July 2022. Their appointments have been rescheduled 3 times. When my dad was finally able to go get his checkup, all they did was do an xray and no cleaning whatsoever. After his checkup, we were presented with his "plan" not by the dentist, but by the front desk staff regarding a serious procedure. There was no sit down and explain session, just heres what he needs and heres the cost with no medical advice from the dentist. Fast forward to my moms appointment today (which has already been rescheduled 3 times since beg of Aug), i submit all paperwork and front desk tells me they cannot see her since the lady who submits insurnace is not in today and she will need to be rescheduled. Mind you my moms appointment was confirmed yesterday on the phone. Mind you they had the entire month of August and 14 days of September to get the necessary insurance paperwork in place. RUN dont walk away from this place.

One of the worst clinic ( dental or any sort of clinic ) I have ever visited in my life . We need an second opinion for my 6 year old son who has to undergo a treatment procedure for his cavities . We had specifically told them over the phone it's for my little son. When the day of appointment we just went in and they started saying they can't see the patient and they started blaming we didn't give them the details saying it's a pediatric patient . They were very very rude and we felt neglected and it's really sad and heartbreaking. For the parents it's really difficult situation. I personally advice people not to go with this clinic . Felt it's the worst in the city.

The employee are very nice and welcoming. they are quick, efficient, and they can maintain a good work environment. I would highly recommend. When you go to the dentist some may be filled with fear, but rest assured nothing but good vibes here.

Went back a second time for yet another waste of time. My 4 year old was scared and I asked if I could go back and help soothe her and they said no. Also was sent to them because they were the pediactric specialist which turns out they aren't. McKinney office.
