Dr. Soumava Sen and Dr. Yein Kim own and operate all Brident Dental and South Texas Dental offices in Texas. They set the tone, manage the protocols, and monitor the quality of service provided by every one of our dentists in the state.

Office staff was very helpful and friendly from the minute you walk in. Nallely from ortho was efficient and explained things very well. Whole office experience was great, im glad im getting treatment done here. Thelma and Anabel helped answer all my questions as well.

I got a root canal done here and had the worst experience. They didn't even verify if the area was completely numb before working on me. Well, when the nerve was touched I was in the most excruciating pain and anxiety. Now the same tooth is aching worst than before my root canal & turning black.

Expect to deal with a corporate office that is not in tune with the the local office. Expect to have appointments canceled without notice. Expect to go when it's supposed to be opened, but then it's closed. Frustrating business that is sadly lagging in customer service. If you love to be miserable, go here.

Very unprofessional place. Waited for an hr while the girls up front just sat there laughing and talking. After about 45 mins I was told the doctor was a bit behind and would be with me shortly. After an hr. I asked how much longer and was told if I wanted to reschedule because the doctor was running behind on Treatments and I still had another patient ahead of me. WHY WAS I NOT TOLD THAT FROM THE MIN I WALKED IN AND THEY LET ME SIT THERE AN HR BEFORE I HAD TO ASK TO FIND OUT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

The service at this dentist is horrible or they are biased against Tricare holders. I was canceled twice for important surgery. Each appointment was one month away. To irritate me further, I had to pay for the procedure before I left my initial appointment. So I paid for a service that was rescheduled twice. The second cancellation was scheduled for a day in which the office wasn't even opened. I called their customer service twice and they were unable to even find me in their system. Each attempt to send me to billing resulted in them disconnecting the call. Trust me, there are better places without this type of hassle
