Dr. Soumava Sen and Dr. Yein Kim own and operate all Brident Dental and South Texas Dental offices in Texas. They set the tone, manage the protocols, and monitor the quality of service provided by every one of our dentists in the state.

Doctors here are so caring and understanding. Front staff and the assistants were hard working and welcoming. Shoutout to Ebony for being so considerate! Dr. Hur was great during my treatments. I would come back again!

They're quick at finding a finance solution for expensive procedures as their main goal at this office is to take as much money as they can in a day. Nevermind customer service, or instructions for patient after care or even a simple explanation of treatment. They installed braces on my daughter who is 15 and old enough to go to the back without a parent. Well nobody ever explained what all was installed into her mouth and how to care for it. So I had to call back to find out what the blue things were that were placed on her molars . Apparently it keeps her from biting her wire. But I shouldn't have to call back to find this out. Especially when its so hard to reach the actual office. Also, IF YOU'RE considering braces/orthodontic procedures, they only have an orthodontist at this office 1 Saturday a month and on Fridays ( now its changed to Tuesdays 8/30/21) , (now its on Wednesdays lol 11/5/2022) So that will be the only time you will be able to get braces serviced or cleanings if you have braces. ***This is a contract you're signing with Brident if you accept their treatment plan for braces! You will be stuck going to this location till your braces come off!! *** *** Furthermore, be prepared to take off of work Atleast twice a month for these appointments as braces require frequent visits !! AND WATCH OUT FOR THOSE SNEAKY APPOINTMENTS THEY MAKE WITHOUT CONSULTING YOU, YOU WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU DONT CANCEL IT! Also, if you have underage kids going to the back alone, make sure the dentist shows you the xrays if xrays were taken. They're not good at explaining anything or showing you anything. They leave it up to the front desk to tell you about the findings and to explain the treatment plan. The receptionist is not a doctor, dentist or orthodontist and should not be giving you the diagnosis or answering questions about the findings.

Great front desk helped me out with paperwork. Was very anxious, but then Ebony talked to me not as a patient but like a friend. We talked about each others days and telling stories. Enjoyed my visit here. Absolutely
