Got to my 11am appointment 10 mins early and filled out paperwork since I'm a first time patient. By 11:30 I'm still sitting there with no one saying anything to me so I told them I'd have to leave at that point. Said they only had one doctor so i should choose a day there's more than one and then I could have an appointment on time .... Frustrating because I even called an hour previous to my appointment to make sure I was going to the right location. So if the appointment needed to be moved to go with their schedule as well as mine then I would've appreciated it way more. Can't just sit in a waiting room all day

The staff here are all very nice every visit we have. Dr Wolf is so patient and our fav dentist. All the other dentist are very nice and very proffesional as well. We just have our fav. Overall place great. Two thumbs up for Dr Wolf. :-)

Excellent !!! Great staff . Girls in the front super friendly and the assistants as well . The doctor is patience with kids , no one is rude. Leonardo & Fabiola (my kids ) they love going there to get a toy and balloon after their check up .

I've been trying to get a resolution on a credit that I've had here from 2020 for 2 months! I've been getting the run around, I've talked to flor twice, and elvira at corporate, kept on hold for 1hr at one pont and they keep hanging up on me on numerous occasions my husband didn't even want a refund he just wanted to use the credit for the remainder of the treatment and the money apparently is gone from the system even with me showing them the receipts, actual proof. I have been really patient and nice but at this point I feel like they stole $372.60 to be exact. And they have lost a family of 6.

I've been taking my son here every since his 1st check up 2006, havent changed and don't plan on it. Very friendly staff and works around your schedule. Customer service is an A+. They are quick and efficient. I would most definitely recommend others to come here.

They are so slow be ready to spend at least two hours here are more and we had a appointment for 10:30 one child didn't get seen until after 12 and it wasn't even packed SMH

After having a horrible experience in the past year . I went in today just to give it another try . And wow I'm glad I did. Veronica, Maribel, and Monica were so welcoming to my boys from the start. The assistants were amazing to my boys and seemed to have the patience I hadn't seen before. Heck I scared of the dentist as an adult but the actual Dentist(doctor) Shah made me want to go see her. I definitely scheduled my next appointment.

They are absolutely wonderful. Monica is so good, she explained everything so well (broke it down to basic English) about my options and cost. Dr. Wallis is awesome, she is so quick but has a soft touch and is attentive. What can I say they are great here and it was a nice experience. I would suggest them to anyone. The only thing I wish they would is give "after care instructions" papers, that would be extremely helpful. Other than that they are fantastic.

If I could give no stars I would! Their treatment with us has been negligent, it took 6 weeks to be seen. During these 6 weeks, I was rescheduled 3 times; once for an overbooked schedule, once for a provider being unavailable, and once for them forgetting to verify benefits correctly. I informed them the urgency and my 4 year old daughter having a broken molar and that put no rush on the matter. This process started In September and wasn't seen until November. Definitely don't have their patient care in mind!

Second time I come and I just love how the front staff treat me. They are very welcoming & helpful. They helped me understand how my insurance works, by answering all my questions. Can't wait for my next 6 months!!! Honestly I highly recommend this place !!!

Shah and Marie were very welcoming, and fun to talk to. Definitely made my day!! Coming in Marie was very welcoming, and friendly. Shah is such a great doctor, she made sure I was okay throughout the whole procedure and made it quick !
