Dr. Soumava Sen and Dr. Yein Kim own and operate all Brident Dental and South Texas Dental offices in Texas. They set the tone, manage the protocols, and monitor the quality of service provided by every one of our dentists in the state.

First app. I stood at desk for 5 min before. 5 people chatting. Told ins. 100% covered treatment on consult visit. 1 mo wait for procedure & day of told $151 charge up front for meds prior. Me ?. Them"didnt they tell you that at consult?" Me"nope! Told I was covered by insurance.. Them"no response" Me "yeah that's not going happen & yall need to get your snip together". Don't waste people's time 2hr driver there & back. I'm never go back. If front desk can't get it right makes you wonder how good dental treatment is. No communication or good service buyer beware

The staff here are very helpful. They make sure you know what's being done and make sure you don't feel pain during the operation. I had a tooth with a big hole that was painful and needed to come out. The oral surgeon made sure I was numbed up really well and comfortable. She explained what was happening during the procedure and it was over before I even knew it. Definitely recommend bride to dental.

Jasmine is such a great employee ! I can tell she is dedicated to what she do and strive to be more than what she is ! Highly recommend this facility because of her kindness being present ! She definitely deserves some kind of raise or promotion because not only is she kind but she goes above and beyond for the patients. I've seen it secondhand. Brident, you have a great employee on your hands here !!!

This location is untrustworthy, they opened my tooth up before covid-19 didn't finish my root canal. When business opened back up I repeatedly kept going up there for them to finish it but they said i owed money but i was due some procedures to clear my infection in my tooth, It's now 2 years later and they finally say they can help. When i get there they say that i need to go to another location because they don't have an orthodontist & they can't do anything. My mouth is in pain! Constantly! I put to much trust in this location and they've repeatedly failed me.

This is beyond me. Customer service and communication is like asking for too much. They could care less about having customer they dnt have the equipment or knowledge to do dentist work I advise you just look and go else where. I could rant about why but they dnt care.

The general dentist here left me waiting for 30 minutes she was very ruff when applying anesthesia Had an attitude I will never come back here for that reason !!!!!!!! ERY AND WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

This review is specifically about the manager Ruth. Today was my fourth time getting my temporary crown replaced. As you can imagine I'm quite upset not only that this keeps happening, but that I have to take PTO from work to get this fixed. When I tried to explain through situation to Ruth, I was told I had an attitude. I said mam I'm upset. Should I act like everything is fine and I'm happy to be here again? Now I'm sarcastic. Not once did she say she was sorry that keeps happening. Not once did she attempt to assure me this would be fixed. No. She said this was out of her control because I grind my teeth. Again when I tried to explain the fabulous job the last person did to assure the temporary tooth wouldn't hit any other tooth, she cut me off lecturing me how to speek to people. Perhaps she needs to take her own advice. Gloria who actually took care of me today repeatedly said this was not my fault and that she would do her best to fix the situation, which she did. When I left I asked for the managers name and her bosses name and number. I was told by Ruth she was not giving me her bosses phone number but only her email. I had to infer the name in the email was hers since Ruth never actually provided her supervisors name. Again, this is only about the manager Ruth and her lack of her compassion. Friday 9-23 According to Ruth my permanent crown isn't in nor can she access the system to tell me when it will be in. Apparently the company works online? No phone? Also she tells me today that her boss is on PTO until next Wednesday. Um... You didn't know that Tuesday? Still didn't offer any concern or apology. Nothing. I wonder when I'll hear from her or her boss?

This was my first visit to this office after being with my former dentist for over 10 years. I was referred by a co-worker and was not sure what to expect. The staff was cordial and friendly. The Dr. Agarwal was gentle, took her time and thorough in her explanations.

8/15/22- the guy that called me to confirm my daughter's appointment for Friday hung up on me. I asked if I can reschedule and he said we have no availability you can call when you're ready to reschedule. When I asked if they had no appointments for the rest of August or September he hung up on me. Did not call back. He called at 5:49PM. So when I tried to call back it was too late as it was 5 min before they closed. Completely unprofessional!!! I can't wait for my daughter to finish her ortho treatment to change dentist.
