I just got my braces on this past Friday, 10/14 and two of my brackets have already fallen off; one soon and I pulled out of the parking lot on getting them installed and the other the next day while brushing my teeth. The bonding glue that was used is not so strong because it's no way I should be losing brackets already! On a positive note the doctor and staff are amazing but I would like my brackets replaced free of no charge and not to be accounted for. Happy I was able to get them installed but no so happy I'm losing brackets so soon

Maricela was very informative and showed great customer service in assistance with the entire process from the 1st day of exam to the actual day of braces she even provided us with email to contact her if had any questions after service she never missed a beat would definitely recommend the office for services
