Would not recommend with the new manager in the office. I came in for a routine clean and they found 3 fillings. When the manager (Maria) comes in and tells me it would be a total for all cavities $94.80. I agreed because of coarse these have to be taken care of. Even though I had no issues with my teeth but I'm getting my braces next week so it had to be done. After consultation that's when they give you the bill & I look at the bill that they gave me on the way out (once everything was done) I noticed I was also being charged for fluoride. I was not told about this... I wish she would have explained to me that there would be a cost to fluoride too. Not only that but afterwards I started to experience pain on my fillings which I didn't have and issues with them before. I called to try to set up a appointment for Saturday but they were booked for 3 weeks in advance. Then I tried to see if I could schedule for after 5pm due to work and they were not able to accommodate me. Never really had issues with the office in till the new manager came in. The Dr's were very communicative and professional. (5 stars) 2years ago review: Very affordable!!! Been coming for 4yrs now. The only thing I wish they offered free teeth whitening with PPO dental insurance like most offices :( but no biggie. Staff is very professional. I use to bring my daughter here too but because she needed major care on her teeth they were able to refer me to a pediatric dentistry. I loved how they handled the situation.

The team overall is A W E S O M E! (I'm a regular up there) Danielle, Jazmin and Maria greeted me with hugs. When walking to my ortho exam station, Esmeralda, Jonathan and Angela accurately answered my questions regarding the procedure and other details. Come exam/braces procedure, the 2 assistants, Amy and Maria, were very methodical and careful during the process. Finally, Dr. Franco was uniquely helpful with my option breakdown for the dental treatment method. This was a really good experience. It's always worthwhile each time I step into that office.

Yeah this place FOR REAL needs to Reimburse me for what i had done. They should honestly be sued. Gave me a root canal paying no attention to abscess on the side of the tooth, it grew to golf ball size i had to have it surgically drained, and treated and later just had to have the tooth pulled because the infection was so severe. I called them 4 times saying that I needed to be put on stronger antibiotics and they ignored me while the abscess just grew i had to seek help at an urgent care then a maxillofacial surgeon who is now extracting the tooth I now have to get an implant and will have spent 5000 dollars by time this is over.

My dentist and assistants were gentle and attentive. I was nervous since I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years but it was one if the best experiences I've had!

Very slow. My grandson's appointment was at 130 pm and waited for over an hour to get to a room.

The doctor was amazing , she was very understanding, unfortunately the front girl has somewhat an attitude that makes you want to leave , lacks manners and knowledge on how to speak to people , and for her to be in the from is not good

My daughter has been seeing Dr Abraham for a little while now and she is extremely good and gentle with her and even explained to her what she is doing and the important of taking care of her big girl teeth. One thing I don't like about the new office is that the wait time is ways to long. But overall the staff are amazing and do excellent job.

Was looking for a place that could put me on a payment plan for a root canal they told me they had a doctor that used to work with a root canal specialist and that they could do it. While the root canal looked beautiful, they failed to listen to me as a patient when i said my antibiotic i was given two days before the procedure was not working, i developed an abscess which was there before the root canal and the doctor just didnt notice. i ended up having to go to the Urgent care to get a new antibiotic prescription and steroid shot because i was right it wasn't working. I now have a golf ball size abscess in my face have had to take of work for a week and paid for a maxillofacial specialist to fix it. after they claimed to have drained it properly which it wasnt. So moral of the story all I would trust them to do is cavities crowns and cleaning regardless of what they say, everything else i dont think they are competent or educated enough to know how to do it or the reactions that are normal and abnormal during the process.

I've been visiting them quite sometime now. Scheduled my appointment for my regular cleaning, checked in, asked to pay the visit fee and signed the COVID questionnaire. Usual exam happened (weight, blood pressure, mouth exam) which I literally could have done at home if the visit is just for these. Prescribed deep cleaning and one filling because of a needle hole in my tooth which I'm fine with. Started prepping the price list but an hour had passed still nothing so I asked if I could just do regular cleaning and will do the other ones next visit once they figure out the pricing as a solution for now. That solution wasn't offered. Breanna then explained what is going on. She told me that my insurance is pulling up a higher price than what I'm supposed to be paying. After sometime, she told me that my insurance plan has changed and they are no longer in my network so they can't do the service. That moment not only made me feel like humiliated, I definitely feel like there was negligence happened at their part for the following reasons: 1. I NEVER received any notice from my dental insurance regarding plan update or network changes which she was saying 2. The dental office NEVER sent me any notice or at least when they called me to set up appointment, they could have verified those information already before confirming the appointment 3. During my check-in, she could have checked my insurance card and information before doing anything at all rather than collecting the consultation fee first then checking insurance after and having the patient wait a very long time then suddenly being asked to leave because they are no longer in-network unless I pay out-of-pocket. They had 2 opportunities to verify my insurance plan but never did. I could have just cancel the appointment over the phone if they verified it and found out right there and then. I could have save me all these trouble only if she checked my insurance card beforehand during check-in. A TOTAL NEGLIGENCE! 4. When I called Humana Dental after being refused, Marge the Humana representative I spoke with told me that my plan did not change but the front desk did not know that HI215TX is the same as HI215 Plan when she was told the first time talking with somebody else being on hold. She could have known this only if she checked my dental card but she never did, not even during this is happening already, not even once that she looked at it. 5. Humana confirmed that Brident is still in their network the moment we were talking, then finally when I went back in (had to stepped out because I don't want to cause any commotion inside and the fact that Breanna basically sent me away) I handed the phone to Breanna, apparently Dr. Chung Heo has changed network but never updated it and Humana insurance doesn't know as well and yet I am the one that needs to deal with all the trouble, humiliation, paying the visit fee by just waiting basically for the price they can't figure out. Technically what happened was, I went there to pay to know their pricing, did their job of verifying the insurance which now they figure out that they need to update their listing and wait 2 hours after being refused by them by just telling me, "my plan has changed" which I told her that I just renewed/paid my plan last February and it never changed. So there's negligence, lack of information, wrong information, poor facility service. I feel like I was scammed by the dental office, as if they did it to get more money and forced people to pay-out-of-pocket. It is unprofessional and feel like it is public defrauding. I definitely don't want my experience happen to somebody else specially for those who are not familiar with insurance and will just go ahead and agree to whatever the dental office will say to them. With the stress and humiliation they gave me, wasting my day after getting off work and yet I had to pay them by just sitting there and waiting for them to figure it out, I am sharing this experience. I have checked their Yelp and latest lowest rating reviews here turned out I am not alone.

This is the rudest most painful company in general. From top to bottom I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. They will hurt you. They will switch dentists on you to one that's out of network without your permission and then they'll be out of the necessary materials needed to work on you but they'll insist on continuing using subpar materials and dentists. And when you complain you will get a rude call from corporate claiming that "this is the highest you can go" and get hung up on. They wouldn't explain why they would give me someone out of my network after they had called and varified my insurance and I would pay them of course but not since they decided not to use my insurance. Do not go to this dentists office heed my warning. P.s. they got 1 payment but that's it. They're going to end up paying me in the end.
