Terrible experience. We originally made appointments at 2 and 2:30 pm But we were called a couple of days before to change the appointment to noon. We arrived about ten minutes before 12 . My son was not seen until 12:40 And I was not seen until about 1 pm. I couldn't even tell you the dentists name because he was very short and seemed in a rush . He was with me for about five minutes and left and I never saw him again . Next thing I know I was being asked to pay $258 for a cleaning even with insurance. I asked for a simple basic cleaning and was told no. They might need to try to space appointments out, improve on bedside manner, and also improve on certain price points . Will not go back . Save yourself the time.

Horrible customer service. Front office staff is very unprofessional and constantly over books patients. Wait time is ridiculous. Needed to reschedule an ortho appt for my daughter due to her having strep and the soonest appt. available was a month out. Receptionist was unwilling to take my number and name to give me a call if any cancellations occurred, instead talked over me and suggested I* call them daily to see if there are any cancellations prior to a month out. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she claimed she was busy and to call back rather then taking my name and number and having her call me when she was available.

Not recommended for anyone who enjoys any form of punctuality. If you like sitting in a lobby for over an hour and a half after your scheduled appointment then this is the nightmare fuel for you.

Avoid AVOID AVOID I have NEVER been treated this rude at a dentist office before. The office manager hung up on me as I was still talking. I literally went down the street and scheduled my daughter at another dentist. Now for the last two hours I have been trying to call and get her records sent over. The calls are transferred to the overseas extra rude call center who can't help me and transfer back to the office where I'm transferred back to the oversea call center. When I say this is the most unprofessional mess I have experienced in my life!!!! I'm laughing at this point because getting mad isn't changing a THING while the man on the out end has CHICKENS clucking in his background.!!!!!

The staff is amazing. Yenedi was so personal, friendly, and helpful from her first call when confirming the appointment, to all the way through the appointment. Explained everything in detail. Then saw Yamill for the orthopedic side. Again, very friendly, personal, and helpful. She also explained thr pricing and different options. Would highly recommend this office!
