Dr. You has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced at a dentist office! I had an appointment for a cleaning at 9:15am, I was not seen by him until 11:15am. When he began to do the cleaning he seemed like he was in a big rush, he was being very rough when he began the cleaning process, I raised my arm and asked him if he could be more gentle. He did not respond and continued the cleaning in such a rough manner, I literally had tears coming out of my eyes when I asked him to stop again, I told him that I knew he was running behind and that I realized that he was the only dentist in the clinic but that he needed to slow down and not to grind so rough, he in turn said that he was trying to take ALL the debris out, so I responded that he needed to try and be more gentle. He did not respond and continues again with his rudeness and harsh ways. I had enough and told him to stop the process! I stated that I would return another day with another dentist, but I did not want him to continue if he was going to proceed in the same manner. He walked away, no response, extremely unprofessional. I have never had such a bad experience over what should have been a simple cleaning. When I was at the front desk, I did ask to speak with the manager, ( the manager was in office on what was her day off, or so this is what I was told by the front desk personnel), needles to say I was informed that she could not assist me. Over all frustrated with the service to say the least.

I dislike this place, they waste your time and keep you waiting for no reason. If you're 5 minutes late they will never attend to you but when you're 15 minutes early they still keep you waiting for over 45 minutes. Their customer service is poor, staff's at the front desk don't care about you.

If I could give 0 stars, they definitely deserve it. First off, when you get there at your appointment time, you are not seen until an hour after & they don't update you about anything. The dental assistants & the receptionist never communicate with each other. I've had 2 rescheduled appointments because of them not doing something on their end! Not to mention my appointments got cancelled 45 MINUTES BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT TIME!!! So unprofessional! Roxy at the front desk is who I spoke with most of the time & she admitted that they did not confirm my insurance & I shouldn't have been taken to get my exam in the first place!! Time being wasted because of careless mistakes!! So because of that first mistake my next appointment got cancelled because of them not doing THEIR JOB!!

I am a new patient and I needed work done before I went to work My appointment was at 9:15am and from that time till about 1:15pm I got my New Patient Paper, Insurance verification, Exam, X-ray, Deep Cleaning, 2 Fillings and my top Braces done!! And still made it to work before 2!! No pain at all!! EVERYONE was wonderful. The staff and doctors make you feel incredibly comfortable and worry free. I recommend you guys to any and everyone who needs it! Thank you all for all you did for me! God Bless BTW Kimmie is the best!!

Satara, is nothing short of amazing. Initially, I had the WORST experience here with ortho before they found a consistent orthodontist. Her customer service has been consistent and effective. She is literally one of the most sweet and patient people in this office. She truly has changed the dynamic of this office and what it was prior to her arrival. I genuinely feel she goes to war for her patients and advocates on their behalf. This office would not be what is it now, without her!! Thank you for going above and beyond to rectify the errors that took place, you truly are a God send.

I came prepared at 12:50pm and had to fill out a packet (finished it fairly quickly) my appointment was at 1:15pm and I still have yet to be seen and it is almost an hour after my appointment. This is the first consultation and I am not particularly interested in wasting my whole day here.
