The lady who assisted the dentist should put into mind that the gloves she uses to plug in the suction set up which she held over that dirty wires on the floor should not be the same gloves she could have use to open the dental instruments that was prepared on the tray for the dentist. I saw she didnt change her gloves. She does not know the simple technique and to me she has cross contaminated the clean instruments on the tray set up. She should have opened the clean instruments and then touched the wires and plugs on the suction or the other machines. Also the one who does the xray is touching everything else and holding that same gloves everywhere and putting it on the same instruments over my mouth. The male dentist was perfect but the assistants were not. It just ruined. Been there over 3hours for the first time for just a dental cleaning. The dentist performed well except that the cleaning started after over 2.5hrs this was after the dentist checked my teeth. It was the dentist himself who cleaned my teeth which was very good. The assistant needs more training on how to assist and anticipate to suction as a lot of water spreaded over my nose as well. I am very particular in terms of avoiding cross contamination. The assistants doesnt seem to be happy with what they do. They may have failed to introduce herself the dental assistant who help in suctioning as well but the big thing is that of lack of proper compliance on how to avoid cross contamination contamination. The cleaning goes first usually then followed by polishing. Theirs is opposite. Everything to me was unwelcoming except for the good job which the dentist has done but over 3hrs there is too long. If not for the TV show, i could have left.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called with extreme toothache and was told I could come in before my appointment and they would squeeze me in. I'm still waiting and it's been 2 hours, already way past my scheduled appointment time. Very upsetting as I could have waited at home or even found another dentist if I had known.

I went to get my teeth cleaned today. It was an hour and a half after my appointment time before they took me back. Then they did my x rays, after that, to the room for cleaning where I waited 40 more minutes before they started cleaning my teeth. I am very patient, but the waiting times were unacceptable. Plus, it feels like a hospital there, not welcoming at all. I went here only bc my dental insurance changed, and now I really really miss my former dentist. I will not be returning. I would have appreciated a call from them before I arrived to tell me they were running really behind so I could have shown up later. It was a mess today. I know so many places are having staffing issues, but being at their office for three hours today was NOT okay.

Very pleasant experience. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything to help me understand what I was going to go through. The doctors and aids are very gentle and easy to talk to. I've always been afraid of dentist's but after working with brident, I wouldn't see myself going anywhere else. 10/10 recommend

Good service but take your time. Both times I have been to the practice they take at least 30 minutes to get in and then another 10 min wait for the Dr.

This place waiting time is terrible longer than normal, from other side the housekeeping here is terrible you will say salvia or dried nasty blood spill on dental chair, it make me to change my dental clinic
