Absolutely awful Customer Service. Closes prior to their stated hours of 6 pm Does not always answer the phone during day time hours Does not schedule adequate time to complete procedures and then requests payment in full when services were not provided. This company takes advantage of people.

I had a great experience. I like how they made sure my insurance was accepted there so I wouldn't be stuck paying out of pocket. Breonna (or Breanna) was really sweet and bubbly. Aaron was really nice as well. Dr. bagheri was thorough and really sweet.

I brought my mother for a consult because she needs partial denture. The dentist did not even introduce himself. Looked at my mom's mouth for 2 seconds literally and didn't even ask her questions or explained things at all. He then leaves and an assistant came back with a plan but not much explanation. The lack of bedside manner and care was very discouraging to go back!

Very unprofessional staff! Unorganized, little to no customer service. Overpriced dental procedures. Don't go there.

Went to the office to make an appointment for myself and my kids and Breanna was very helpful in making the scheduling process very easy. Just by first impressions I feel like I did a great job in finding the right dental office for me and my kids!

Had my first visit today and all staff was wonderful from the receptionist to the young lady that took my X-rays and the gentle man that helped me with my pricing issues. Doctor was also amazing and very thorough on explaining my situation. Thank you Brident for having a wonderful selection of individuals work for your company.

actually, much less than one star because my cardiac patient husband could have died; He was seen Saturday July 31 2022 at the 817 Jefferson blvd location. The dentist was pleasant and gave good care to him. We do not fault her but do her company. A prescription for an antibiotic was written. That evening, after only 2 doses, he had a severe rash. He phoned the foreign call center once and I called twice Saturday evening. I attempted both times, despite multiple queues and time on "ignore", to explain the seriousness of him not having effective treatment for his abscess. I went into detail about how a dental infection could damage his already damaged heart resulting a life or death emergency. I explained the simplest way to avoid this is for the prescription to be changed to a different antibiotic. The response was no response. After we went through the same queues over and over and we were asked the same questions over and over, (ever see Groundhog Day?), We were told each time the dentist had 24 hours to respond. I recognized we could go to an emergency department but as a former ED RN, I also recognize that is a terrible of waste of the staff's time (ever heard of Covid?) as well as not necessary if a caring, intelligent, empathetic dental practice existed and had a sensible protocol in place. So to end this tale, NO ONE CALLED IN 24 /H/OURS. Or 48 hours, 72 hours, or even 96 hours. My husband finally reached the dentist he had seen on Saturday on Thursday, August 4. She said she had s not received any of these messages and did not know anything about his allergic reaction. We had received help that week from his medical physicians but it is not acceptable for a Dental practice to totally ignore post appointment needs. When we reached the dentist on Thursday, she did help. This is a system problem and we realize the dentist is not at fault. 8/15/2022 I have left an email address as requested above to be re contacted. Let's see how that works. I am not raising my expectations. 9/6/2022 No response to my my response to their post in this thread. Crickets.

This facility eased my mind over my serious anxiety revolving around my extreme tooth sensitivity and expensive crowns / cavities etc... they seemed to really care about my needs and my financial situation. I've been in and out of various other places, like Dossett and felt like the procedure costs were inflated:( I really liked the staff, the dentist and the periodontist. I will be sticking with this business going forward for direction, ongoing cleanings and overall treatment! Thanks so very much:)

If I could give the Euless office less than a star I would. It has taken 6 months to have a set of dentures made. The prosthodontist is only at this office once a month. I have had this appointment made for a month. I have had 3 emails confirming my appointment, with the last one yesterday the day before. I took off work, showed up 15 minutes early. The door was locked and the office was closed. Another patient had the same thing happen. No one contacted me for cancelling. It is impossible to get information. When you are transferred to the call center the operators can't speak English and they don't understand why I have called. I was told the prosthodontist would be back in two weeks but I could not make an appointment because they were full. If my insurance did not require I use them and payment had been made I would change dentists. If you have choice do not use them.

I have payed nearly $2,000 to only get part of the work that was promised at this location. I've been gone on military leave, and was expecting to pick up an at home dental kit. No one seems to know where it is, or what happened to it, they can't even find my account. They told me they would call me back with a resolution within the next 48-hours, it has been 2 weeks now. I've been on the phone several times for hours, people answer & hang up right away. I went to the location in person for an update & no one was there.......During working hours!!! They just take vacations whenever they want, and close the place down. This is the second bad experience I've had at this location, and there won't be a third. Worst dentist office I've ever worked with, unprofessional & huge waste of time!! STAY AWAY!!

I went to Brident to get a general check up. Everyone was so nice and friendly, truly felt welcomed. The people in the front were very professional when I was checking in. When I got passed back the assistants were wonderful (I get very anxious at the dentist) but they made sure I was okay before starting any work I needed.

horrible service. lack of communication, barely provide services. My sister (who is also their patient) got her teeth snapped from the jawbone from Brident's treatments. They reported good and fair hygiene when in fact she was suffering from gingivitis and an ongoing gum infection that spread down to her jawbone and she has to now have emergency surgery as well as many other procedures. This all caused to Brident's lack of care as they also placed the brackets too low and she was unable to brush properly. To this, they humiliated and embarrassed my 15 year old sister because "she [didn't know] how to brush her teeth." She now faces the possibility of losing ALL her teeth at just 15. PLEASE don't take your child or yourself to this clinic as it's more than clear money blinds and buys empathy, kindness, and basic human decency. One star is more than generous to a place that does not deserve it.
