Brident dental on wheatland Highly recommend! I have LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist. After this visit, I have become an advocate. Dr. Kim, Dr.Manda and Claudia (hygienist) were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and I believe the treatment plan is actionable and has my best interest in mind. Also the front staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Angela was my patient care coordinator and she was great. Manager Tania was very friendly.

The doctors and staff at Brident on Wheatland in Dallas are fantastic. I started my implant journey and they calmed my fears about having a lot of pain and people that care. They even stayed past closing to finish pulling my teeth and installing my screws. Thank you Brident staff Annie Griffin

their orthodontist is awful. this location is unsanitary, unprofessional, and they never answer the phone. i got braces here in August and my teeth straightened out within the first 2 weeks, im now 2 months in and my bottom teeth are crooked due to negligence. the first day that i got my braces, 2 of my brackets broke off and my wires were stabbing my cheeks, i couldn't get into the office because they were not answering the phone so i had to stay with the wires poking me for another 5 days. i'm currently trying to transfer to a new location. this one is awful.

I paid at the counter, I got a receipt. I have a bad tooth that isn't infected and I told them to leave it alone, I was just there to have a cap put on. The dentist smacked it with her tool and I spent 3 days after fighting off an infection. They charged me again to put the cap back on. I was then harassed for two weeks regarding a bill they claimed I owed them. Turns out they can charge you and give you a receipt but the payment doesn't go through and they act like it's your fault. I mostly regret my choice to go here, I could have chosen a different dentist with a local office - Brighton is a corporate ran dentist with foreign call centers and they will smash your teeth in to try and get more business. Not cool.

This dental office should be closed down. Specifically because they did not properly sanitize the equipment before completing X-rays for me. They also left Fluoride all over my face after the terrible cleaning. The dental specialist did not clean my teeth. I am very particular about my dental care. This is the most unprofessional dental office I have ever entered. Just terrible!

After I got my RCT done, I came here to get cleaning, a filling and a crown for my lower left. Dr. Kim was very gentle, caring, thorough, and very professional. He calmed me through the whole procedure. Highly recommended!
