The receptionist worked with me as far as scheduling and rescheduling. Melba and Dr. Pham were also very accommodating. I was made aware of what I'd have to pay out of pocket versus what my insurance would take care of so there was no stress or hidden fees there. I'd gladly return for additional treatment. The office is spacious with comfortable seating and entertaining movies.

Had my first visit today and I have to say this was a very nice and on top of it office. I walked in to check in and they had the paper work ready for me to fill out and my insurance verified. Once I filled out everything they needed, Pam the very polite front desk, notified me that the doctor was running behind on a treatment and that it would be a wait until my exam would be done and then preceded to ask if I would like to wait or reschedule. Since it was my day off, I decided to wait. They took me back, took my xrays, and then seated me in a room. I was waiting around for a good 30 mins, when I believe the manager, Tori, came in and told me thank you so much for being so patient and that the doctor would be in very shortly. I thanked her for keeping me updated, I really liked their customer service. I finally got my exam done and the doctor was so very nice and very thorough with the explanation of my treatment. Thankfully this office offers payment plans, so I was able to get my treatment started without worrying how I was going to pay everything upfront.
