Dr. Soumava Sen and Dr. Yein Kim own and operate all Brident Dental and South Texas Dental offices in Texas. They set the tone, manage the protocols, and monitor the quality of service provided by every one of our dentists in the state.

Terrible appointment placement for new customers. I was scheduled an appointment three times. 1st time reschedule was due to booking on a day the office was closed. 2nd time booked my appointment then called a few days later to say they are fully booked. 3rd time called the day before appointment to say they are booked. Voiced my concern and frustration with the manager. She disconnected the line then refused to accept my call. Horrible business practice for a company. I will be contacting the American Dental Association.

Worst experience I have ever had at any dental office! i came for a cleaning and free exam to see if I need braces. I was started off w the free exam & right away was told I needed them. They asked if I wanted them YES I did. But NOT RIGHT THEN AND THERE. They do X rays. Which I thought was for the braces for another day. Well THEY DIDNT DO MY CLEANING OR REG checkup they just right away put braces on. & LEFT W NO CLEANING!!!! Worse experience ever. Will be getting these removed asap. & taking further action!!!!

I think Dr. Hon and her staff are great. They have great patience and expertise! Dr. Chong is especially well educated and talented in his field of Periodontics. I am confident that I chose Brident on Crestway in Converse! I am very optimistic about my treatments!

Deon is a wonderful hygienist! He's extremely educational, happy to answer questions, and always apologetic if he's kept me waiting. Dentists and staff do change, but they're always very friendly.

Don't come here had an appointment and going in 2 hours still haven't been seen as first time seeing the dentist definitely won't come back
