Irresponsible staffs & bad service. I sent almost $2000 for RCT & crown but they just messed up. It's like I'm chewing a stone & it hurts & when I tell them they are asking me to go somewhere else to get it fix. What the point of paying them money then. They don't even post the payment & I receive call from their financial department every single day for the payment. UNPROFESSIONAL AND WASTE OF MONEY. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I love this dentistry. The doctors and staff are always nice and Ivan is the bomb. They e taken very good care of me and my daughters teeth. I highly recommend this Brident in Carrollton Texas. Just got my teeth cleaned and they keep my laughing.

This is the worst dentistry I've ever been to, they are very disorganized, unfriendly and they do not keep their word. They will keep changing their appointment times for you without letting you know and you will show up to the appointment just to be turned back around or they will make you wait for hours for your appointment . It seems like no one knows what they are doing. I wish I would I have never came here .

This location is horrible on handling customer escalated issues. On 2 separate visits, we requested to speak to the office manager Ivan, he makes himself unavailable. Today, I was told I could speak to him in 2 minutes, 10 minutes later, he made himself unavailable and he referred his front office staff to make me call 1-800 number instead of allowing me directly contact with him or his supervisor. They make it hard to reach out to any supervisors for issues the front staff isn't trained for.

If I could give this place more stars I would!! I had the greatest experience here !! Its really hard to find a good dentist to trust, but here is where I have found it !! Ivan made me feel secure of the treatments I needed and explained it very well !! I will for sure stay coming here and I highly recommend this place !!

They schedule so many ppl at the same time for ortho all to have us waiting for 30min plus. Doesn't matter what time you make the appt you'll still be waiting. These 9am appts are the worst! They do not respect ppls time! & it might help if the employees were actually on time! They steady walk in AFTER 9am. Smh I regret choosing this dentist for my daughter's braces! & as I'm typing they're bugs crawling!!!

When I arrive, I seen a big change from my first appointment a year ago. The office was very clean and Brigham, was very welcoming. He greeted me as soon as I walked up to the counter. The first time I came, I was so dissatisfied with the service I had received. I just left. I'm glad I came back.
