Just started going here a few months ago..The staff is very curtious and always making sure that your needs are met and questions answered. The business as a whole is very thorough and they have everything you need here, which saves you trouble of being sent to another office for different procedures.I came in and they checked me out and gave me their recommendations, and I was very comfortable with with everything. I have to have surgery here soon and I am very grateful for their help..

If you want braces at a great and reasonable price, Brident Dental and Orthodontics is the place to go. I just got my braces done and I can say that the experience was wonderful and the staff was amazing, very helpful and work around our needs all the time.

Before reading the local reviews, I strongly recommend looking up "Brident Dental Better Business Bureau" to see the hundreds of complaints this company has against it. The corporate headquarters has had my review deleted from google twice. This is my third attempt to post my feedback. Oral surgery: For wisdom tooth extractions, the company has surgeons fly in. I signed a $600 contract and made a payment weeks in advance for one extraction. Day of the surgery comes. As I was waiting in the chair nervous, expecting the surgery to start, the staff asked me to get out of the chair to sign another contract as they would be needing to charge me another $350. I didn't appreciate being footed with an extra bill minutes before the procedure. Considering that I paid almost $1000 for an extraction that resulted in stiches, I was not seen by the same oral surgeon for the check-up, as he had already flown out of town. I returned to have the regular dentist nervously check my stiches, clearly unsure of what she was doing. For anything serious, would recommend choosing a local office with multiple local surgeons that won't be leaving town after your surgery, in case something goes wrong. Ortho: Strongly recommend avoiding Brident. If the price seems too good to be true, it's because it is. The ortho treatment is not based on results, it's based on the time of the contract, and the office manager will just try to get rid of you once the time on the contract is up, regardless of whether you are satisfied with the treatment outcome. Another review here calls them "financial bullies". I would say that is pretty accurate. I asked to extend or get a second contract with them and they wouldn't do it. During covid, the office was closed for several months, did not contact me, and did not see any patients. The office looked like it was closed permanently and there was no phone number to call. Regardless, their corporate billing department harassed me daily for weeks trying to collect payment for the braces. When the office did finally open up months later, the office manager let me know that they wouldn't be making up for any lost treatment time due to the lockdown. The terms of the contract would stay the same and my treatment would end at 18 months, regardless. If that isn't enough, the company went through 3 orthodontists in the span of my 18 month treatment! When their first orthodontist left the company, they told me to "call them" to see when another ortho would be hired. This left yet another big gap in time where I received no treatment. Again the manager let me know that my treatment time would stay the same and was based on the contract, despite their inability to honor their end of it. I tried to renew the contract as I was unhappy with the treatment results, but the staff just wanted to get rid of me. The services are not in-house, the company has a team that travels around the valley treating large numbers of patients at different facilities. The company business model is about avoiding lawsuits, keeping costs low, and collecting your installment plans. Please consider better options like a local office that specializes in orthodontics. If you do end up choosing brident, I recommend asking for copies and pictures of the treatment plan, and asking the doctor how they intend to change the teeth. (I ended up with an underbite that I really did not like). Then, on every visit, ask the doctor how the treatment is coming along and if it is on track. Lastly, do not trust the ortho techs. They will act like they have the authority to treat you themselves, but they don't. Insist on speaking with the actual doctor, and if you have any doubts, insist that the doctor, not the tech, answer your questions. Do not let these people bully you like they did me!

All the staff members were so very Helpful though out my process! I needed a lot of work for my teeth , I was little nervous but the staff had such nice smiles all the way through! Javier was my dentist that cleaned my teeth , was so very very Helpful and patient with an awesome smile ! He did such an awesome job !! Once again... I want to Thank All The Staff , All the Staff !! Loved it !! And will be Going back again with out a doubt!

My son goes here and they are awesome!!! He's terrified of going to the dentist but they calmed him down and made him feel comfortable. Shantia was so helpful as well and worked with us to start his path for braces
