Dr. Soumava Sen and Dr. Yein Kim own and operate all Brident Dental and South Texas Dental offices in Texas. They set the tone, manage the protocols, and monitor the quality of service provided by every one of our dentists in the state.

This is the worst dentist place I have ever went to. They take 4 hours for new patients. I also scheduled an appointment once at 8 am and I got a text saying it is at 2 pm. What's the point in saying they have 8 am available just to lie and put my appointment at 2pm

The office staff was friendly, informative, and efficient. The staff in the back were the same especially Nada who took extra care to ensure my pain was minimal during x-rays. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist that's willing to work with you and for you. Dr. Tanvi is knowledgeable and kind and will help you get your teeth and mouth in healthier shape. Thank you all to the staff at this location!

Dr. Patel and her assistant Nada were so kind! I really enjoy going particularly with them both. They handle whatever needs to be done with care and constantly check to see how I'm doing. They were very patient and training a new hire, whom did a great job as well. Xrays could have been a better experience, but other than that, I'm grateful forthe care provided by Dr. Patel and Nada!

These people should be closed. Not only did they put multiple implants in my fathers sinus cavities, but they have refused any efforts to make it right, and constantly push back their promise for resolution THREE times now. They will hire anyone off the street to work on your mouth and refuse to accept any responsibly. No one in charge is ever around. Avoid this place if you love your family don't take them here.

I recently had the BEST experience at Brident Dental. The dentist, Dr. Patel and his assistant Nada were very professional and reassuring of the procedure. The office staff was very helpful and offered lots of great information on the procedure and process. So happy I chose this Brident office location for my procedure. I would highly recommend this location for your dental needs.

It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Ms. Nada made my entire visit comfortable and worry free experience. Dr.Tanvi is very knowledgeable and friendly and explained the whole process beautifully. Dr.Patel is also very skilled and thorough in explaining the whole cleaning process. I needed extensive work done. Many cavities and in need of a deep cleaning as well. Dr. Patel was so kind and explained everything to me. I was able to set up a payment plan that fit my budget and they started my treatment same day! Nada, Dr. Patels assistant was so sweet and patient with me too! I'm so excited to get my smile back!

This location is impossible to reach when you call. I've tried to reach out multiple times for a refund for something I didn't get done and was told the manager would call me they returned. I never got a call and saw the location was closed 30 minutes after I was assured I'd get a call back. I was told they were short staffed but to just lie to a patient is ridiculous.

My visit to Brident Dental office was one of the most pleasant dental visits I have experienced. Mrs. Nada, my X-ray Technician, was very competent and her compassion was extraordinary. Further, Dr. Tanvi Patel and Dr. Tejas Platel bedside manners were exceptionally polite, and they were proficient. The front-desk clerks were courteous, to me. Further, they should be commended for their professionalism.

Worst service I have ever received. I had a dental implant fail due to poor work, when I scheduled to fix the problem I had to deal with incompetency at all levels, from scheduling the appointment to the dentist refusing to do work. If I had the choice I would never return. Would never recommend, this location is completely incompetent
