Everyone was SO kind and caring! Probably the best dentist experience I've had, they're truly experts at what they do. My teeth feel so much better and they even were considerate of my pronouns. Highly recommended!!

They do a great job and some of the employees were very nice on the other hand, all of the employees move extremely slow. They said that they were short staffed but I made it at 9:00 am for a 9:30 ortho appointment. It's 3:30 pm and I've been seen but they still haven't started on me yet. The employees are just floating around and interacting with one another. I'm trying to remain patient in case they are really short staffed but why allow so many people to make an appointment when you don't have enough people for that.

Excellent staffing, the team at Brident gives my teeth the clean and care I am looking for. And they have a great time doing it. I enjoyed my first time experience and I am glad my wife made me go! I hate making appointments for self care. And this appointment really satisfied my needs and I have setup future appointments to come back.
