Dr. Yee and his staff are fantastic! I have been taking my 90 year old mother to him for some time; Dr. Yee's professionalism and competence are matched only by his kind and calming demeanor. In a world of professionals that are in a rush to turn over patients, Dr. Yee remains a professional in the truest sense of the word.

Nice work by the dentist (and hence 2 stars), but beware of the scam to cheat. I was called in for unnecessary additional visits by he office, and I as told that the visit will be covered, even though it was not. Got a bill later and I was told that they will look into it. Nothing was done and I got call two years later threatening me about sending the bill to collection. The person who called was rude and disrespectful. I hope my review helps someone from being cheated.

I have been going to Dr. Brian Yee for about 20 years and his father, Dr. Daniel Yee, before that. It was really convenient when I worked downtown and they would get me in at lunch or at the end of the day. Now that I no longer work downtown, I still go to him. He's extremely detailed and professional and I've had many cavities and two root canals. His detailed nature is particularly well-suited to teeth bonding, which he is particularly skilled at. He covered a gap between two teeth by adding bonding to the one tooth and it looks great, not at all noticeable though it's been in my mouth over 15 years! He's a get-down-to-business kind of a dentist, very efficient and punctual, not a lot of chit-chat, but always pleasant and welcoming. His office is beautiful and hygienists and other staff are knowledgeable and professional plus it's great that they are open Saturdays. Reminder messages are sent via text and billing is seamless. Highly recommend!

I never had any issues until my last routine, cleaning. on mondays, no hygenist works, so dr. yee performs the cleaning. I do not know if he was drunk, or just inept and careless, but it was the most painful experience of my life. He poked and scraped deep into my gumline multiple times, my gums were bleeding like crazy. I didnt say anything bc/ you cant when your teeth are being worked on and he only let me rinse twice (once after top teeth, once after bottom). I assumed each jolt of pain was a random slip-up and would not happen again. I felt as if my nerve ends were being stabbed. I could feel the gumline being ripped. Each time I rinsed, the water was stained red, blood and red substance came out. The gauze pad he was wiping his intrusments with was covered in blood? i was flinching and wincing with pain, tears forming. I couldnt believe this happened?!?! Many hours after the visit my gumlines are still swollen and in pain. This was ridiculous. As a fellow healthcare professional, I am appalled that this is possible. One of worst experiences of my life, felt like i was being tortured medevil style ( and I am not one to complain or exaggerate- I never have complained about sevice/filled out reviews before).WOW Additionally, he was rude and demeaning to his secretary, which I did not appreciate or like at all- ordering her around, and talking down to her.
