Dr. Thomas was born and raised in York Pennsylvania. He graduated from West York Area High School in 1987. Dr Thomas attended the University of Pittsburgh and gained early acceptance in to the School of Dental Medicine. In 1994, Dr Thomas graduated with honors and was awarded the Dr Elliott Brodie Award for Clinical Excellence.
Dr Thomas returned to York after graduation and joined the practice of Dr John Staubach and ultimately purchased the practice in 2000. Dr Thomas maintains active membership in the American Dental Society, Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the York County Dental Society.
In order to remain current with advances in Dental Medicine, Dr Thomas continues to take up to 40 or more hours ofcontinuing education per year. This ensures that he remains aware of the most up to date treatment options and technologies.
Dr Thomas lives in York with his wife Anne. He enjoys golf, skiing, fitness and wine collecting. Another passion is hand-crafting 18th century furniture with period tools, he continues to be an artisan in and out of the office. Some furniture resides in our waiting room for patient enjoyment.
