I was told today that I am no longer welcomed at Fountain View Dental because the last time I got a cost estimate and didn't use them! That is true, I got a second opinion and decided to go elsewhere. I can't believe their arrogance!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Schaefer for years. They are very professional while engaging each family member in a conversation about their interests. The staff are friendly and are accommodating on scheduling appointments during our breaks. The building has always been clean but have taken even more steps to make sure everything is safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. A great place for your family to take care of your dental needs.

I've been seeing Dr. Schaefer for several years now and I've always had a pleasant experience. His support staff is friendly and welcoming. Very happy to go see my dentist.

I had a fantastic experience at Dr. Schaefer's office! I have A LOT of anxiety about going to the dentist ... even a simple cleaning appointment stresses me out! I have to say, everything about this office is amazing! The staff was so welcoming and kind, my hygienist was AWESOME and Dr. Schaefer was EXCELLENT!!! Thank you for understanding that I need to use the nitrous oxygen for my cleaning appointment and for not making me feel bad about it! I can not say enough to let you know how much I appreciate finding a new dental office that I can trust! See you in 6 months!

Dr Schaefer has been our family dentist for over 35 years. He is a perfectionist so you teeth will always look their best. He is very kind and easy to talk to.

Our who family appreciates this Dentist and his Associates. Very kind, professional, respectful, and skilled. Also a great place to go if you don't like to be judged or lectured by your dentist. They are dentist phobia squashers for sure. :)

I would not recommend this dentist. I complained because they did an X-ray that was unnecessary, he mentioned that they could make an adjustment on the X-ray, but didn't. He did send a check to reimburse me for the X-ray, however he then cancelled my next appointment without telling me. This is a great place to go unless you have a complaint. It appears they would rather not see you if you complain about an expensive service.
