Dr. Kardon is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. He graduated in 1998 from The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine then did a General Practice Residency at Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn, NY . After working for a year as a general practitioner, he pursued a post graduate degree in Endodontics from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida which he completed in 2002.
Dr. Kardon is a Board Certified Endodontist dedicated to giving patients excellent care in a stress and pain free manner. Each patient is carefully treated using innovative technologies such as a surgical operating microscope, ultrasonics, warm vertical condensation, and rotary instrumentation. Using these cutting edge methods enhances the efficiency as well as overall outcomes of both surgical and non-surgical treatment. Some of the procedures that are offered are standard endodontic treatment, re-treatment, perforation repairs, apical micro-surgery, and dental trauma management.
Born and raised in New York, Dr. Wendy Rosen, DMD attended Queens College where she earned her Bachelor of the Arts. She then attended Rutgers University Dental School (formally knows as the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey) where she was president of the Gamma Pi Delta Honor Society. Dr. Rosen continued her education in a one-year General Practice Residency program in Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. She was chosen to be the Chief Resident and awarded the Resident of the Year award.
After working for a year as a general practitioner, Dr. Rosen attended NYU Lutheran Medical Center for her specialty training in Endodontics. She was also chosen to be Chief Resident of that program. Dr. Rosen received an award for her research conducted in the hospital on The Prevalence of New Pediatric Patients Presenting to NYU Lutheran Medical Centers Sunset Park Clinic with Endodontically Involved Permanent Teeth.
Dr. Wendy Rosen has passed her written and oral national board exams and is now board eligible. Dr. Rosens compassionate and friendly demeanor makes the endodontic procedure pleasant for both adults and pediatric patients.

This place is very professional! Extra caring staff and Doctors! They are also very careful to comply with everything due to covid... very impressed! We went for an evaluation for 2 of my kids... I got a true and honest opinion! This Dentist could easily due the root canal and charge me the large cost for it! He was extra patience and professional explaining why he made his decision! It was totally worth to pay for an evaluation so you know you do the best for your child!

DR. Kardon is hands down THE BEST dentist I've been to (and I'm 41 years old). I am terrified of the dentist and literally broke out into tears when my general dentist said i needed a root canal. He recommended Dr. Kardon and I am so grateful. He made it more than bearable-I know now that my past experiences were unnecessary-because dr Kardon truly took his time, waited for my readiness (even though he's a busy person), didn't rush or make me feel like I was being unreasonable (even though I probably was). I'd never get a root canal from anyone else and have recommended him Many times since my visit.

Dr. Kardon is a great root canal specialist! I was in a lot of pain and he was able to schedule me the next day for an emergency appointment! He was very professional and caring and all my pain went away as soon as I stepped off the chair:)! I would definitely recommend him to others!

11 years ago I was about to pull my tooth because I was in so much pain. I had the tooth treated and retreated by two different endodontists and it was still killing me. My general dentist suggested before I do something drastic and pull my tooth I should get a second opinion from Dr. Kardon. Dr. Kardon was confident that he would be able to help me and would be able to save my tooth. Not only did he find another canal that was left by the other two endodontists but he was able to stop my tooth pain and my tooth was saved. For the last few months I started having pain in another tooth and I tried really hard to ignore it because I really am fearful of dental procedures. I finally made an appointment with Dr. Kardon again and I went today. I had such a great experience . There really was no reason for my fears. The procedure was mostly painless and there was no pain the rest of the day. Dr. Kardon was professional, pleasant, funny and kind. His staff was friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend Dr. Kardon to everyone I know .....and everyone I dont know who is reading this review.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!! I have serve anxiety having any type of dental work done. I needed to have 3 root canals. I was shaking in the chair when I went for my first appointment. Dr.Rosen was absolutely amazing. She listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything and answered my questions. She made sure I was comfortable before she started doing any work and asked all through out if I was comfortable and ok. I wish I could have all my dental work done at this office. Everyone in this office genuinely cares. Dr. Rosen truly is the best!!
