New patient and was very pleased with the professionalism and clear communication from everyone I met on Dr. Coleman's team. Check in was simplified, my x-rays and exam were very detailed and everything was thoroughly explained in understandable terms. Highly recommend Dr. Coleman and the team.

I was referred to Dr.Coleman from a client... I had a horrible experience with Aspen Dental. He came to my rescue , he worked me in last minute... his office staff were so nice , accommodating and they made me feel comfortable. I suffer from anxiety and they truly helped me through it . Dr. Coleman's office is very upbeat , i Loved the energy moment I walked in. I brought earplugs to listen to music, I couldn't decide on his playlist or mine !! That was a highlight for me. I highly recommend anyone who needs a new dental family . The best part was it was over before I knew what was going on ... thank you Dr.Coleman and staff

I called because I had a chipped molar they scheduled me when the doctor was off, when I got there they made me wait 40 minutes to be seen, and then had the audacity to tell me that nobody can service me because the doctor is not here. I used to be a long time patient here but not anymore.

My brother and I were both looking to find a Dentist. We had a friend visit us recently and just happened to mention to us that he just had some work done in his mouth and how happy he was with his results! We asked for his Dentist's name and he told us it is Dr. Coleman and he gave us his office telephone number. My brother went first and when he returned to our office I could see immediately by the look on his face how glad he was that he went to this Dentist office. He then told me about his experience there and said "Randy, you've got to go to this Dentist!" I immediately made an appointment and went there myself today. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a young lady named Kathy and already felt comfortable! After that I was taken back and met Gladys, the Hygienist who took x-rays of each and every tooth in my mouth, I could tell she knew precisely what she was doing and also made me feel comfortable the entire time! Then Dr. Coleman walked in and introduced himself to me and explained the plan he had based on the x-rays. I have never felt this sense of comfort ever in my past that I felt today! I can't wait to start the work on my mouth, because I KNOW how happy I'm gonna be when it's done! If you are looking for the right Dentist office, you must go here!

I had my first dental appointment with Dr. Coleman and his staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the office staff who were friendly and courteous. I was then taken back to a room where Dr. Patty, not only took x-rays, but cleaned my teeth better than any dentist has in many years. After my cleaning, Dr. Coleman came in and in detail and a way that was clear and understanding, told me his recommendations for the repairs I needed on my teeth and gums. I was expecting the worst, but was clearly happy about the recommendations he felt was the best repairs I needed to make me look and feel much better about my mouth. Both Dr. Patty and Dr. Coleman were friendly courteous and above all, very professional in explaining the best alternatives for me. I start next month with my first repairs and I feel very comfortable and at ease in getting my mouth repaired and looking to where I can have a smile on my face!!!! Thanks to everyone at Omega Dental. I am really looking forward to my treatments and from my experience, you won't find anyone better to do whatever is necessary to bring a smile on your face!!!!!!!

Dr. Coleman and everyone at this dental office are wonderful! After moving to the area and a few years since I had been to a dental office, I was a little nervous to try out a new place as I'm sensitive and have had some rough experiences in a dental chair. I chose this office because of the positive reviews, and they tell the truth! The staff are gentle and patient, and they put your comfort and experience first. I'm so thankful to have found Dr. Coleman and his team!

Dr. Coleman is the best dentist I have ever been too. When I moved to lake Mary I decided to try someone local but decided he is worth the drive. He really cares about his patients, won't try to sell you on unnecessary treatments, and has a great personality. Staff up front are nice and sweet. I'll be going here until he retires which hopefully is not soon!

Dr Coleman is awesome, never really had any issues with the Dr. Or the back of the house staff. I have an issue with the front of the house. Many times they are rude or can tell that they just don't care. The billing is constantly wrong as I get to pay, and then the next time they say that insurance paid more, when I call they say that it was coded incorrectly, or the procedure was under the wrong category. The last time I went, I told them I wouldn't be coming back as I just can't trust that what I pay is what is supposed to be paid. Had a procedure that cost 2k-3k, paid via Care Credit, lost job so couldn't come in for over a year. Came back to almost 700 dollars credit, which I have been paying interest on for a year. No one called to mention that a refund was required, nor did they credit it back to the card. Still give them 4 stats because of the Dr. and back of the house staff.

Nervous for no reasons they are the very best at what they do . Tooth decay would not exist if this doctor and his staff were your first introduction to dental healthcare

Appointments run on time. Techs are very good and take time to explain things to you. They are a wealth of information. They welcome any questions you have.

I have a lot of dental anxiety and sensitive teeth. My last cleaning was so awful that I haven't been to a dentist since, and that was about 5 years ago. I recently decided I needed to get back on track, so after reading a bunch of reviews, I decided to try Dr. Coleman's office. He and his staff are so professional and kind. I just had a full mouth debridement, and I have absolutely been dreading it because I thought it would be very painful and there was no way around it. But when I told them I was feeling this way, they offered to use a desensitizer and nitrous. I've never been offered either of those things at a previous dentist, but it made such a difference. I was prepared for torture but it was painless. It's such a good feeling to be moving forward finally.

I have never been to a more professional dentist office. Dr. Coleman and his staff were extremely knowledgeable and caring to my needs. They also explained things to me in a way that was easy to understand. Please go here if you have any dental needs! You will NOT be disappointed!!!

Always been little scared of the dentist. This is the ONLY dentist I will go to. The staff is beyond amazing a God sent.
