Dr. Rounds maintains his diverse training by taking many hours of continuing education courses in all aspects of dentistry throughout the year. Through his unique military, educational, and professional experiences, Dr. Rounds has been fortunate to practice dentistry all over the worldNew York, New York; San Diego, California; Yokosuka, Japan; Seattle, Washington; and now Lacey, Washington. Dr. Rounds continues his service to his country and state as a reservist with the Air National Guard, and as a board member with the Washington State Department of Health.
TammyFront Desk Tammy is the scheduling and financial coordinator for Dr. Rounds. Tammy has been in the dental field for over 15 years, joining Dr. Rounds' team 5 years ago. She is married with 2 sons and enjoys reading and cuddling with her 3 rescue kitties.
JenniferDental Hygienist Jennifer is the lead hygienist in the office. She has been a part of the dental field since 2010, first working as an assistant, then returning to school to become a hygienist. She received the Colgate Star award in hygiene school, an award given to a student who shows the most compassion and understanding for her patients. She enjoys working in Dr. Rounds ' office where her focus is 'to have our patients feel comfortable, receive quality care and provide a gentle, yet thorough cleaning for my patients.' She has lived in the Pacific Northwest since 1989 and plans on residing in the area for years to come. In her free time, she enjoys gathering with her friends, hiking with her husband and her mixed lab chow canine, and traveling to different places with her family and friends.
Sarah - Dental Assistant Sarah has been in the dental field since 2014. She is originally from Germany and became a dental assistant after moving to Washington. When she is not at work she enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest.

I am a dentist, so I know quality dental work when I see it. I also know what makes a good dentist. He does high quality work. He has integrity. If he says that you have work that needs to be done it is because you need work done. You can feel safe going there. He will not make up things that you don't really need done. I would say his office isn't flashy, but you can go to some flashy dental offices and get a paraffin wax dips and fancy water, but I would bet you will also be told that you have several cavities, or you need a night guard or invisalign or a crown when you may not need any of those things. He is the dentist I go to. I have recommended several of my friends to go see him, simply because I trust him and his work. Oh and by the way the cleaning that I got today from the hygienist was high quality. She knew what she was doing, and did it well.

I have been going to Dr.Rounds office for many years now and I've told myself that I will keep going there until he retires because he is so great. He's very thorough and he doesn't get things done just to get it done and over with. I've had a lot of work done and any situation or problem I have if he can't figure it out or if he needs to refer me out to dental surgery he will send me out to someone or an office he highly recommends.

This is one of the best dentist I've been to. He never makes up cavities and when my son chipped his tooth he worked me in immediately and it cost us almost nothing. The repaired tooth looked amazing. You can't even tell it was ever chipped. I highly recommend doctor Brian Rounds and trust him.

Dr. Brian Rounds is a great Dentist who is both caring and gentle. His office and staff are very friendly and welcoming. If you need a new dentist I would recommend calling Dr. Rounds he is the best !!!

Going to the dentist for cleaning is not at the top of enjoyable things to do, but Dr. Brian Rounds office is the great dental care place to go take care care of your teeth. Dr. Rounds is very knowledgeable, kind, honest and compassionate. His work is excellent, thorough and perfect. Dr. Rounds always explains everything and gives me honest advice, and go over my dental health in understandable terms. He makes me feel right at home and as if I was a friend. In addition, the team is very professional and efficient. I highly recommend this place!

Great dentist and all wonderful dental staff at the office. My wife and I just recently started coming here for all of our dental care and we couldn't be happier.
