Originally from Dallas, Texas, Dr. Gurinsky attended the University of Texas at Austin and then received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. Upon graduation, he went straight into a three-year residency focusing on Periodontics and Dental Implants. He achieved his certificate and mastersin Periodontics, from The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He currently maintains a full time private practice in the Denver and Centennial areas.
Dr. Gurinsky continues to be inspired by the ever-changing technology within dentistry. He is a published researcher and his findings can be found in numerous papers and presentations. Some of his past research has included looking at dental implants in smokers (sponsored by Astra Tech) and enamel matrix derivative in grafting periodontal defects. He is currently researching using the human umbilical cord and amniotic tissue for hard and soft tissue grating. Dr. Gurinsky is also on the editorial advisory board for two dental journals, along with being a product evaluator. He lectures throughout the United States and Canada and teaches courses on bone grafting and soft tissue grafting.
Dr. Gurinsky has been named a 5280 Top Dentist every year since 2011. He is currently serving on the Metropolitan Denver Dental Society executive board as President along with being a consultant for the Colorado State Board of Dental Examiners. In the past, he was the President of the Rocky Mountain Society of Periodontists.
A couple years back was referred to Dr Gurinsky for an implant, and though it a bit longer then usual, I am glad with the results. Im getting a second implant and it is nice to have an installment plan for payments. I would recommend him highly. Glenn
Dr Gurinsky is professional and pleasant and truly a hands on dentist. I always feel respected and any concerns I have are always addressed. I cannot give a higher recommendation than 5 stars, if I could he would get 6!
Dr. Gurinsky is very atentative, thorough and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all as I have and other doctor settings . His staff is wonderful and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend game for any of your periodontal needs

If I could go lower then 1 I would horrible professionalism after making me reschedule my appointment day of. Front desk has horrible customer service. I will strongly not recommend this place to anyone who needs work done. They also close 15 earlier then what it states on google unless employees are just closing doors early.

Horrible experience ever! He took off a lot of gum and exposed bone which cause server bleeding. Please do more research before you trust this so called dentist! No customer service skills and his receptionist was rude and unprofessional! After ER visit to correct his work this dentist didn't even want to partially refund my money for his mistake! Don't go there! Btw my daughter was the patient and this is not a fake review you horrible so called doctor!!!!!!!!!!

I went to Dr. Brian Gurinsky after many years of not going to the dentist. He didn't lecture me or anything of the sort. He did a root cleaning and scaling and we found some areas that needed to be addressed. I ended up needing gum grafting and that scared the Crap out of me. But the procedure wasn't near as bad as I had pictured in my own head. After the anesthetic wore off I really didn't have a bunch of pain. Which surprised me. Brian even called me, the next day to ask how I was doing and feeling and that was a Saturday. If you go you will feel comfortable with his staff Alicia and Stacy. I have referred a couple people to him because they have implants that they need done. I give him a solid 3.
