Dr. Francis graduated from Case Western University Dental School in Cleveland, Ohio. He was awarded for achievement in patient care with an emphasis in Implant Placement. Dr. Francis has had advanced training at the renowned Spear Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Francis has had advanced Implant Training in Washington, D.C. as well as advanced Cosmetic & Reconstructive training, Sleep Apnea and Myofunctional Therapy at the renowned Spear Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Dr. Francis has participated in Give Kids a Smile Program and served with other Dentists in the Cleveland Area providing volunteer dental work to the underprivileged elementary schools. He also volunteered his time by completing dental missions which provided much needed care to the people of the Dominican Republic.
Dr. Francis has trained with surgical implants and cosmetic dentistry techniques to be able to provide his patients with the best care available. He is a member of the American Dental Association. He is also earned his Eagle Scout when he was involved with the Boy Scouts of America. He received his Bachelors Degree from Brigham Young University Idaho in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. He is passionate about dentistry and giving the best in quality and care to his patients.
Dr. Francis grew up in Marysville, Washington where he developed a love of the outdoors. He enjoys traveling, hiking, golfing, hunting, skiing and is currently learning the art of fly fishing. He is an avid sports enthusiast and always enjoys a good game. When not at work he also enjoys just spending time with his wife Tia, his sons Dylan and Kai and his daughter Blakely.
Dr. Amy Gustafson graduated from the University of Puget Sound, Magna Cum Laude, receiving dual degrees in Economics and Chemistry. She went on to attend Oregon Health and Science University School of Dentistry in Portland, Oregon. During school, she volunteered on a dental mission trip to remote locations in the Philippines. The trip sparked a passion for serving underserved populations and she chose to move to Montana and start her career working as a dentist in a community health center. After nine years and completion of her service in the National Health Service Corps, She is excited to join Dr. Francis, his team and their mission to provide high quality dental care to the people of Billings.
As a practitioner, she enjoys establishing relationships with her patients and creating a calm, comfortable atmosphere for treatment. She loves music, and despite being called tone-deaf, can frequently be caught singing along to catchy songs while working. In her free time, she also enjoys hiking, birding, and anything she can do to entertain her two young children in Montanas great outdoors.
Ivy serves as the practice office manager. She prides herself on being a good team player and enjoys getting to know all about our patients and helping them with anything they might need. She has over 17 years of experience working in the dental field. She finds fulfillment in clarifying the details of treatments plans and creating affordable financial solutions. When Ivy isnt working she and her husband are usually camping, fishing, hunting or riding 4-Wheelers and searching for unique rocks.
Andrea has been working in the dental field for over 12 years. She is married with two daughters. She loves to travel. Andrea is adventurous and loves the outdoors. She has a bright smile for all who walk through the door. She is fun and sassy and has a great sense of humor.
Taryn has been working in the dental field for five years. She loves meeting new people. She is eager to expand her knowledge of the dental field through learning and education. She works hard to make each experience as enjoyable as possible for our patients. When she isnt working Taryn loves spending time with her husband, daughter and all her many animals (or small petting zoo). She enjoys being spontaneous and traveling wherever and whenever she is able to escape.
Kori holds a Bachelors Degree of Dental Hygiene from the University of Wyoming. She has also completed courses in Orofacial Myofunctional therapy and laser use in dental hygiene. She is known around the office for always having a smile on her face. Kori enjoys working with patients to help them achieve their oral health goals. In her spare time away from the office, she enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with family. She also really enjoys cooking and baking. For and her husband are also kept busy raising their 2 children.
Erika is not new to the dental world. She has been assisting and designing CEREC for quite a few years. She is spunky and funny and keeps the office alive with laughter. She loves working with our patients and helping them look good and maintain their health and wellbeing. When Erikas not working she enjoys camping, hiking, traveling and can even oar a boat down the river. She has excellent taste and will always have a good suggestion for you on restaurants, travel and pets.
Kendra is a new addition to our team, but not new to the dental field. She is originally from Columbus, MT and graduated Dental Hygiene School from Sheridan College, WY. She prides herself on providing patients with quality care and strives to meet the individual needs of each patient. Her goals for each patient are personalized to help them succeed in the best possible way with their oral health. Kendra is dedicated to working together with her patients to build lasting relationships and a smile a person is proud of. During her time away from the office she enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, and camping with her husband. Recently, she has begun to enjoy the winters more with her newly found hobby of skiing. She also enjoys yoga and running.
Jessica has been working in the dental field for over 5 years now and really enjoys meeting new people and learning different areas of dentistry. She is always willing to learn and thrives in challenging environments. Jessica and her husband Quentin love spending time with their son Jared. As a family they enjoy hiking, camping, horseback riding, and taking care of their horses, dogs and cows. In her spare time she enjoys reading, photography and exploring the beautiful state of Montana.
Kendra has been working in the dental field for three and a half years. Her favorite part of working in the office is seeing the patients gain confidence with their smiles. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, and attending her two kids sporting events. Other hobbies also include archery, hunting, fishing, hiking and camping.
Jessica has over 20 years serving as a dental assistant. She may seem a little shy and quiet, but she really enjoys a good laugh. She is helpful and kind and has a sly sense of humor. Jessica is dedicated to making sure each individual receives the best quality work and care. In her spare time she likes to cook, hike, and golf. She also focuses the majority of her energy on her Husband and two kids. She also takes care of two very demanding Westic Dogs, Oscar and Rosco (Which is almost Oscar spelled backwards)
