Dr. Brian Steinhoff is a native of San Jose and Almaden Valley, and a graduate of the University of Southern California. His achievements included placement on the Deans List and membership on the water polo team at USC. Earning his D.D.S. from the University of the Pacific Dental School, Dr. Brian was an honors graduate and member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society and the Tau Kappa Omega Dental Honor Society. Out of a class of six, he was one of only two accepted into the University of the Pacific Orthodontic Specialty Program directly from dental school.

Upon earning his Master of Science degree and Certificate as a Specialist in Orthodontics, Dr. Brian joined his fathers practice over ten years ago and currently practices there full-time. In addition, he was an adjunct professor at the University of the Pacific Orthodontic Specialty Program for over 5 years.

Dr. Brian earned his board certification in 2007. Currently, he is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthodontics as well as a member of the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontics.

Giving local school presentations during National Orthodontic Health Month is just one way Dr. Brian lends support to his community. His other community activities include sponsoring patients sports teams and events and participating in the Give Kids a Smile program.

Dr. Brians commitment to his field is evident with memberships in many professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Santa Clara County Dental Society, American Association of Orthodontists and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists. He was a member of the Community Relations and Membership Committees for the Santa Clara County Dental Society.

Dr. Brian and his wife, Melissa, have four children (a son, identical twin daughters and a younger daughter) and enjoy spending quality time with the family. In his free time, he enjoys reading and travel. Much of his time is also spent outdoors enjoying biking, hiking, camping and fishing.

Every member of our treatment team is a Registered Dental Assistant (R.D.A.) and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. Our entire staff regularly attends advanced continuing education courses and seminars so that we can continue to maintain the highest level of orthodontic care for our patients.

My name is Margie. I am the first person you meet as you enter the office. I have had the pleasure of working with the Steinhoffs and our Almaden families for over 15 years. My husband and I have enjoyed 38 years of marriage raising four wonderful children, three grandchildren, two dogs, and one cat here in S.J. for over 25 years. I look forward to seeing all of our wonderful families and meeting new ones.

Hi, my name is Sushma. I have been working at Steinhoff Orthodontics since 2000 and I love it! I'm married and have two kids. I have been living in Almaden since 1996. It has been a pleasure serving all of our Almaden families and friends over these years. In my spare time I like to go to the gym, take part in outdoor activities and travel. I look forward to meet all the new families in the future.

My name is Peggy. I joined the Steinhoff team in 2009 and have worked in the orthodontic field since 1993. I have 4 amazing children! Some of my favorite pastimes include cooking, reading, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.

My name is Jeannette. Ive worked at Drs. Steinhoffs office since 2002. I really enjoy working with the Doctors and our staff, because of the quality and effort in care we give to our patients. I have a wonderful daughter named Brittany that Ive been blessed with. I also have two dogs.

Hi, my name is Jolene. I have been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2007 and I am pleased to be a part of the Steinhoff Orthodontics Team. You may not see me often, but when you do I am often covered in plaster; I am the lab Technician. My job is to process models, retainers, and other orthodontic appliances. I was born and raised in the bay area. My husband Carlos, myself, and our two sons enjoy camping, going to Disneyland, and spending time together. I look forward to helping our patients to achieve their goal of a beautiful smile.

Hi, I am Jackie and I joined the Steinhoff Orthodontic team in July 2019. I received my RDA license 2013, then later in 2015 my orthodontic assistant license. Orthodontics is a branch of dentistry I have always been interested in. I love to work with kids and enjoy building relationships with our patients and their families. I also have a first hand appreciation for what our patients go through since I had braces as a teenager and as an adult. Chris and I have been blessed with five beautiful kids, Shane, Karissa, Levi, Camillo, and Alex. In our free time we love going to the beach, exploring the outdoors, and watching movies.

I have been happily married since 2001 and blessed with two amazing children. We are known as the outdoorsy family who loves camping, dirt bike, mountain climb, kayak/paddle board or just hanging out at the beach.

My name is Christine. I have been a registered dental assistant since 2009. I worked 7 years in Pediatric dentistry and after that I have been an orthodontic assistant with Dr. Brian. I am very blessed to work with a great team that is friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I have a daughter and a pet rabbit. On our free time, we like to go to the beach, camp, ride bikes and skateboard.
