Dr. Brooks has been practicing dentistry in the Bellevue/Redmond area for over 25 years. He most recently moved across the street from his former office into a new, larger, state-of-the-art facility on Bel-Red Road. Dr. Brooks has built a large and loyal patient following by providing honest treatment assessment and advice, high quality treatment and care, and all delivered in a gentle, caring, and compassionate manner. All laboratory dental work placed by Dr. Brooks is made here in the United States to assure the highest quality work, utilizing high quality and safe materials.
Dr. Brooks makes his home here in Bellevue and is married with four children. In his spare time, Dr. Brooks likes to fish (not to be confused with actually catching fish!), attending sporting events, and working on projects in and around the house.
Welcome to our practice! I was born and raised in Huntington Beach, CA and moved to the PNW 12 years ago. Helping people love their smile and feel at home in the dental office has always been my aspiration. In 2009, I received my RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) certification and soon found my passion in dentistry. I later transitioned to front office manager and thoroughly enjoy working closely with patients. Educating patients on treatment, guiding them through insurance questions and reviewing financials are some of the many things I can assist with. On my free time, I enjoy hiking, camping, watching sports (Go Red Wings!), and hanging with my fur babies Stellar and Turtle.
I was born and raised in Hawaii. After high school, I attended the University of Oregon and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Psychology. During my school breaks, I would return home and work part time as a dental assistant. This led to my interest in dentistry. So after finishing at the U of O, I returned to Hawaii to complete my studies and graduated with a degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Hawaii in 1998. In 2005, my love for the Pacific Northwest brought me to the Seattle area and I have been working for Dr. Brooks since 2006. I have 30 years of experience working in the dental field. Im also a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association always keeping up to date on the latest things. Im very committed and hope to build long term relationships with our patients, helping and educating them in oral health. Out of the office, I enjoy time with friends golfing, eating and wine tasting.
I attended Foothill College in Los Altos California for both Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene school. I graduated from the Foothill College Dental Hygiene program in 2017 and have practiced in a general practice setting for three years. Prior to becoming a dental hygienist, I worked as a dental assistant for 1 year, gaining experience and becoming immersed in the dental community. My husband and I moved to Issaquah in June 2018, and I am very proud to be part of such an incredible team. I love interacting with my clients and finding ways to make a positive difference in their dental health. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and dog, and finding the time to travel the world together..
I attended PIMA medical institute in San Marcos California in 2018. After graduating I moved to Minnesota where I practice in a general dental office. Ive been assisting for 2 years now. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dog. I also love fishing, crabbing and hiking.
