Dr. Brian Pratt was born in Groves, TX, where he grew up and attended Port Neches/Groves High School. After attending Lamar University, Dr. Pratt graduated with a doctor of dental surgery degree from the University of Texas Dental School in San Antonio. He has two little boys, Cade and Corban, and are excited to relocate his practice to the Montgomery area. 'At the Dental and Orthodontic Center of Lake Conroe, individual care, open communication, exceptional service, attention to detail, and integrity highlight our approach to serving you.
I started my career in dentistry in 1983 as a hygiene assistant and fell in love with it!! I attended The University of Texas Health Science Center-Dental Branch in Houston and graduated in 1986. I have been with Dr Pratt since 2011 and I am so thankful to be part of his dental team. Dr Pratt takes every effort to provide the best care possible for his patients.
I am from New Waverly and currently live in Willis. I graduated from Willis High School in 1983 and attended SHSU before going to UT Dental. I have 2 fur babies, fabulous family and supportive friends!!!
I graduated from Magnolia High 2010 and I have been working the front desk of the dental field for 4 years. I have worked for Dr. Pratt for 2 years and I love working with him and his staff. I am very social so I love to talk with patients and make them feel comfortable coming in to our office. In my free time I enjoy being outside, taking the top off my Jeep and going to the beach, and hanging out with friends and family.
I was born and raised in Weatherford, Texas and just recently moved to Conroe in 2019. I have been working in the dental field ever since and I love it! I love working with Dr. Pratt and the team we have here to help create healthy smiles for all of our patients. In my free time i enjoy being active, baking and hanging out with my friends and family.
Hi! My name is Ashley Powell, I graduated from Conroe High School in 2012. I am an RDA, I have been a dental assistant for 6 years and I LOVE my job! Ive been married for 5 years and were ALWAYS doing something outside. My favorite things to do are float the river and go mudding in our SxS. I feel like this dentist recommends all this extra dental work for fillings and such when treatment is not necessary. I didn't realize it until my stepmom was looking for a dentist and I referred her here. She said the same thing. After going to another dentist for years, then she all of a sudden needed thousands in dental work. She didn't go back. The icing on the cake was when I went in for my last visit and I was given the total, which I thought seemed higher than normal. I gave my credit card to them, then asked for an itemized bill to submit it to my husbands company. There's was a charge on their for PPE. I asked what it was for and was told "the ADA makes us charge that to our patients due to Covid." Well, upon further research, I found out that this charge is something that dental offices CAN charge to their patients to help pay for more medical equipment to help keep their offices clean.....for an office that is supposed to be sterile anyway. I also found out that if this charge will be added to bills, that the office needs to inform the patient before the appointment. Well, I wasn't even informed until after my appointment and i noticed it on the bill myself and my credit card had already been charged. At that point, there was nothing I could do.

Dr Pratt and his entire staff are the most courteous, careful and professional dental professionals I have ever used in my 57 years. I would highly recommend Thierry services to anyone.

They did unnecessary work on my children which I didn't realize until I changed dentists. I had a bad feeling should have listened to! They also over charged me for about a year before realizing their mistake and reimbursing me.

I have been going to this office for several years now. Office staff is always very friendly. Dr Pratt is awesome and the dental hygienist is very nice also it's always a pleasant visit.

I called to compare pricing for orthodontic treatment. My son had a consult with another orthodontist and I was trying to get an idea of what other places charged for the same length of treatment. Of the 3 I called this is the only place that refused to give me any sort of ballpark figure.

Our family dentist is very honest and trustworthy. I was going to a national clinic chain and they told me I needed ten fillings and three crowns. I went to Dr. Pratt for a second opinion and I only needed two fillings and one crown. Their office is very welcoming and feels like a home instead of a clinic. I moved my entire family there for dental work and braces too!

just cannot say enough good things about this place! I recently got my braces off, and I can't get over how great my teeth look. I've had a dozen compliments on my smile already. In my early teens, I wore braces for two years, but my teeth never looked perfect; even after orthodontic treatment, I didn't have the smile I wanted. In my 20s, my teeth shifted so much that I became self-conscious about the way they looked. I came to Terramont Orthodontics and immediately knew I was in good hands. Dr. Pratt is as much of a perfectionist as I am; it takes one to know one I guess! It means that she does things right. If something is not right, she will fix it and fix it again until both you and she are completely happy with the result. If you live in the North Houston area and are considering orthodontic treatment, you are in luck because you have one of the best orthodontists in the country right in the neighborhood. Even if you live far away, this place is worth the drive (or even flight! Yes, I'm that committed). If you want nothing but the best, come here; you won't be disappointed. - Abby
