Arlene has worked with Dr. Mills as his Patient Care Coordinator since 1998. She has great respect for him as a person and excellent dentist. Arlene enjoys working with her team as they are all looking out for the best interest of their patients. On the weekends, she is a busy mom going to her sons many sporting events. She loves attending 49er football games. In the winter, shes an avid snow skier and thinks it is a good family sport. Christie is a person who is enjoying life itself.

Dr. Mills is one of most amazing dentists I have ever had. I have some very complex issues and he is an extraordinary problem solver, with great attention to detail, always explains everything and delivered a beautiful beautiful smile.

If I could rate it zero star, I would. Stay away from this place. I agree with another reviewer's comment "not trustworthy". Among all the dentists I have seen in my life, I would rate him the worst. I paid $800 for a bite assessment, he presented me with a whopping $100,000+ treatment plan, which involves works on every single one of my teeth. My teeth are actually not bad. It is functioning well. I just have some tightness in my bite muscles occasionally when I wake up. In another visit to redo one crown unrelated to bite, when I tried to tell him that I don't think my teeth can't touch each other as he modeled, he stopped me abruptly and said that discussion is over. So rude. I said that made me feel uncomfortable. Then he kicked me out of his practice. I have never been treated like this in my life. So unprofessional and unbelievably rude.

I have been going to Brian Mills for the better part of the last 20 years, and i can fondly say that he, and his staff are the most friendly, respectful, and professional staff you will ever meet. Arlene in the front office is always so friendly and does a fantastic job. Dr Mills knows his stuff and he really cares about your comfort, especially during these odd times of Covid. You can trust these guys, as i have for many many years.

I've been to a bajillion dentists throughout my life and Dr. Mills is the kindest, most gentle dentist I've ever met with. Any time he approaches your mouth, he warns you of what he'll be doing and is always super aware of how a patient is feeling. Even his secretary is really nice.
