So thankful they were able to help my newborn with her tongue and lip ties. We just had her first feed after surgery and her latch is so much better. The office was so wonderful and caring. We were in and out within 45 minutes from when we arrived. The after care instructions are so clear and concise. We really appreciate everyone there and how much they clearly cared about our little ones comfort.

Do not go to this dentist, he has proven himself to be greedy and dishonest. He does not stick by his word. He just sent me to collections for $38 for a cleaning that he never performed nearly 2 years ago, Sept. 23 2020. At the time, he told me that I would not owe him any extra over what my insurance covered because he did not actually clean my teeth, instead choosing to take x-rays (which is just a money grab for 1st time patients) and then saying that I would need about $1000 worth of extra cleaning before he would do a regular cleaning that my insurance would cover. I tried explaining this to his new office person recently but apparently they do not care. Again, the takeaway from this is, DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. He is not honest. He does not do what he says he will. Addition - Telling the truth about how I was lied to by this dentist is not defamation nor am I threatening to leave negative reviews. I am simply warning people that this practice is not honest about how they deal with people. I could care less about the $38, it's the fact that I was told not to pay it by Dr. McMurtry on Sept. 25, 2020 because I was not satisfied with my visit to his office 2 days earlier. Now I have been sent to a collections agency based on his lie. It seems to me that I am now having my credit score threatened over his dishonesty.

Absolutely professional; had my infant daughter evaluated for lip tie and tongue tie, he answered all questions thoroughly. I have confidence that he performed the procedure to the highest level. Dr. McMurtry certainly put us at ease. Staff is incredible too, from appt scheduling to checkout, pure class.

I can't say enough good things about Dr McMurtry! He did our son's lip and tongue tie revision in 2019 and it went flawlessly. He just did my daughter's revisions this morning! (She is 2 months old). Both my children had sneaky ties that were overlooked by both their pediatricians and nurses. Only once they started struggling to feed at a few months old did I suspect something more was going on. Dr McMurtry is very knowledgeable and thankfully not only noticed my son's ties immediately and promptly fixed them, he also warned us that ties run in families and that our subsequent children would most likely have them as well. This saved me a lot of time and worry once I noticed my daughter struggling to eat.. they were able to get us in quickly and she showed signs of improvement almost immediately after her procedure. If you want someone who is knowledgeable and does the procedure QUICKLY and flawlessly for the sake of your little one, this is the place to go!

We saw Dr. McMurtry for our infants lip tie and upon his examination he found a tongue tie in his mouth and was able to help us fix both! Dr McMurtry took his time with us, which was very appreciate as first time parents, explaining the process and postop information. The whole thing went incredibly smoothly and procedure was very fast! He went the extra step and referred us to a specialist for follow up too. Great staff, great Doctor! Overall very easy process to get scheduled with reminders and clear instructions pre procedure and post procedure. Thank you Dr McMurtry!

We love McMurtry and his team! They are so friendly and welcoming. We never leave the office with unanswered questions. Dr McMurtry even answers questions that you didn't know you had. He released our daughters lip and tongue tie. We had a virtual (due to COVID) follow up visit a few weeks after the release. A few weeks after the follow up, we had some questions on the healing and called McMurtry on HIS PERSONAL CELL on a FRIDAY (the office is closed). He answered right away, calmed my concerns and told me to call the office on Monday for an appointment. I called 8 AM on Monday and they saw us a few hours later. He goes above and beyond for his patients. We love his practice and will always refer our friends and family to him!

I love Dr. McMurtry and staff. Everyone is personable and caring. Definitely visit if you are looking for good environment, friendly staff, and he sees all ages but call first .

My 3 month old daughter had a lip and tongue tie procedure in March 2022. Most professionals did not find the tongue tie however Dr. McMurtry found both ties immediately. My daughter has not been gaining enough weight per our pediatrician along with other issues while feeding. Most professionals have not listened to our concerns with feeding however Dr. McMurtry not only listened but also provided his expertise. He took extensive time to educate and thoroughly explain what to expect and what to look out for. He encouraged us to call him if we have any concerns. He is genuine, thorough and respectful in the care he provided. Being an Occupational Therapist myself, I value how Dr. McMurtry took the time to explain and educate. He treated my daughter holistically rather than just treating the diagnosis. I cannot imagine ever going anywhere else!

We had a great experience with Dr McMurtry for our newborn daughter's tongue and lip tie revision. He is very friendly and takes the time to explain things well and make sure you are comfortable with everything he does. His staff is also extremely friendly! We are so happy with our experience and the results we have seen so far.

We were denied a tie revision by an ENT but still felt hopeless when our son was struggling to nurse. The ENT simply told us that "nursing just isn't for everyone". Dr. McMurtury actually took the time to explain the ties (tongue and lip) and how a revision could help with latch and help avoid future speech impediment. We felt cared for and I can immediately tell a difference in my son's latch. Thank you Dr. McMurtury!!! And thank you to the very kind and helpful office staff!

Dr McMurty Thanks for your help today on tooth extraction. Advil with Tylenol and coffee worked great. Already pain free and no bleeding 2 hours after procedure.I appreciate your support.

Great with the procedure of the tounge tie. Not a good bedside manner. Lazy and horrible with insurance. They are not on any networks and lie about getting per-approval for your insurance to get reimbursed.
