Came for appointment at 3:00pm to this place, first of all it takes minimum of 5 calls to reach them, then, i come there and on the door it says they close at noon, i can not reach them at all anymore and their voicemail box is full so can't leave a message either.

I am looking for a new dentist. Let me explain and warn you. I am one of 3 ppl I know that have gone there n gotten root canals that didnt get done n had to end up losing teeth bc they didnt consult the insurance companies before putting a whole in your tooth. The cleanings part is good. The tooth pulling is meh, a little rough, but they get it done. Just never get a root canal here ever

My dad needs to be seen , as soon as I call the office I was able to talk with the Dr and she told me to bring him to the office the same day , I really appreciate that , she did great job as always, she is my Dr for 15 years and the only thing I can tell you, always she was there when I need it. The guy at the desk, the one did the X-ray for him but also the lady who does the oral cleaning was very kind and gentle . Thanks for all you do.

I've always liked this place and the people! I wished I could keep seeing them but the office near me is only open on Saturdays!? I travel out of town on the weekend to go see my boy so I can't do Saturdays.

I have been going to this place for years never had trouble with them. But I been calling them to set up appointment to get one of my tooths looked at because it's been really hurting. I left them three voice mails and told them why I was calling. Gave them my name and number. I even waited a week but they never call me back.

Can never get a hold of them to set up an appointment my son had a 6 month cleaning check up and I received no reminder text/call when I tried to call the month of his appointment to figure out what day it was on they never answer and I tried calling them about 6 times a day I left a voicemail and they still never called me their communication sucks

Waited two hours for my appointment. No COVID screening questions were asked. The staff are very rude

Let me start by saying that I HATE giving bad reviews. Most of the time, I'd rather say nothing at all. But since this place plays a role in human health I felt it necessary to say that when looking for a quality dentist you should look elsewhere. The wait is a wait, most Dr. offices have them, that didn't bother me. The lack of personalized care is a bit bothersome. Like others have reported the Dentist walks back and forth between rooms. For me it was my entire procedure. Which I had to go back for because she messed it up the first time. I have never been in such pain, And also treated by the person who is supposed to take care of the issue with such disregard. She is rough handed, which again some are. But I've had lots of work done. And this by far has been the worst experience in my life ever. If you're thinking of going here. Please reconsider. Let me add though, that the staff I did get to associate with was very pleasant and helpful. The dentist however, not so much.

Wouldn't even give this place a star if I didn't have too, was seen back in August and I'm still waiting for a referral to get wisdom teeth removed. They don't answer their phone and can't return a phone call, people in the office are rude and not friendly in any way! This place is a waste of time.

The office is incapable of properly sending forms to your dental insurance! Very poorly managed, and a horrible experience all around. Very rude from receptionists to drs!

I was told by my sons dentist he needed to see an orthodontist. It took three phone calls to get an appointment because they kept telling me to call back a different day. The day we went in we checked in by a10 year old kid sitting at the desk, who reported to one of the nurses who seemed to be his mom, we waited an hour to get taken into the back, there is no privacy between patients because there are no rooms just dentist chairs seperated by shelving, I didn't get paperwork to fill out until after my son was already in the chair, didnt give his insurance card back I had to ask for it, and then after more waiting we finally see the orthodontist who tells my son to bite down a couple of times and then tells me he cant do anything for now and to make an appointment for next year. I drove an hour and a half and waited for an hour and a half for the orthodontist to to look for a couple minutes and then say come back next year. I will never go back and it's just a hippa violation waiting to happen.
