Dr. Nicole A. Cividanes was born and raised in City Island, Bronx, NY. Being the first in her immediate family to attend college, she graduated Magna Cume Laude, receiving her Bachelors in Radiographic Sciences, from Manhattan College. Dr. Cividanes then went on to receive her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA and completed her General Practice Residency at Harlem Hospital in NY.
Dr. Cividanes specializes in all facets of dentistry including, but not limited to, laser dentistry, mini dental implants, oral surgery, dentures, root canals, adult and childrens dentistry. With her warm personality and ability to connect with patients on all levels, Dr. Cividanes creates an environment that caters to any patient, even the apprehensive or fearful ones. For Dr. Cividanes, dentistry is both a passion and an art form. She strives for perfection with each patient, and focuses on designing restorations that look and feel natural.
After practicing for two years in the greater Bangor area, Dr. Cividanes knew that this is where she would lay down her roots. Having an opportunity to own my own practice in Brewer is such a dream come true, I love being able to give back to a community that has given me so much joy and happiness.
Outside of work, Dr. Cividanes dedicates herself to helping others with similar upbringings. She takes great pride in motivating young and old minds alike to follow their dreams and realize their potential, even under adverse circumstances. Her hobbies include watching her beloved Dallas Cowboys with Emmitt (her little fur baby), enjoying and exploring the great state of Maine, and spending time with friends and family. Dr. Cividanes has a 5 year old daughter named Ariana and a son named Michael who is 3 years old.
Dr. Cividanes is a current member of the Penobscot Valley Dental Association, a member of the Maine Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and a member of the American Dental Association.

Emily has been a hygienist on our team since April 2018. She has a three year old daughter, Cohen and 3 fur babies at home. Emily brightens our office with her upbeat, optimistic personality and constant singing.
Kylie attended UMA for Dental Assisting and has been a CDA for seven years. She joined our practice in 2020. She is passionate about patient care and comfort, as well as chairside assisting. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her three children, husband, and family.
Julia is our Manager/Patient coordinator, you will always find her with a smile on her face. She started with us back in October of 2020 and truly loves the work environment. On her days off she enjoys spending time with her family.

I've had 2 emergency wisdom teeth removed both on short notice. They got me in within 24 hours and made the extractions causing minimal pain and discomfort. Extremely caring staff and Dr. Nicole Civdanes is the best dentist I've ever been to.

I have never been so comfortable at a Dentists Office in my life. The whole Staff is Amazing, and Nichole the Dentist is straight forward, but is willing to help when you have so many issues like do. They are ROCK STARS!

What a wonderful experience. When you walk in they remember your face and your name. They greet you with a smile, are super friendly and acknowledgeable. When you go into your room, and sit down, they explain everything start to finish. The music is great too. My last experience and my 3rd visit was a wisdom tooth extraction. It was so fast and easy. I was and out from start to finish in 30 minutes. So easy! I have never had such a wonderful dental experience. I highly recommend!

Amazing team!!! Kaleigh is a magician. Dr. Nicole saw me immediately and got me set-up with a treatment strategy to be completed with my first appointment starting as early as tomorrow. My temporary filling looks better than the original and Kaleigh really knows what she's doing!

The staff is amazing, booking the appointment was easy and they got me in asap. Emily was amazing and really helped ease the anxiety.
