I chose dentistry because I felt like a different person when I finished orthodontic treatment as a teenager. I had new confidence in my smile and value for what a dentist can do for people. As a dentist, I most enjoy interacting and connecting with people daily. Those interactions allow me to provide quality, comprehensive care while teaching people about the importance of oral health. Each day in a dental office is a different challenge, but the people of Northeast Arkansas make every day a great one!

Dr. Rusher is married to his wonderful wife, Samantha, together they have one son named Lawson, and a dog named Cooper. They enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, as well as cheering on the Red Wolves, Razorbacks, and Cardinals.

He gained experience when he was an undergraduate, by being his grandfathers dental assistant on a part-time basis.
