They won't allow the parents to go back with their child. That's unacceptable. Just because they're a dentist means I'm supposed to trust them with my children behind a closed door, no questions asked? Covid restrictions have passed, this needs to be changed. No longer considering care at this facility. I will not allow my young and scared children to go with strangers behind a closed door. Absolutely Not.

We are new to town and come from seeing an amazing pediatric dentist so expectations are high. The doctor was a disappointment and condescending to my husband. The hygienist and doctor were not on the same page and when X-rays were refused unless cavities were suspected the doctor came out and said there were cavities. Something just didn't sit right. My kid does have very groovy teeth that get stained so maybe that's what was seen, but a second opinion is already scheduled. She could have cavities, but parents if something doesn't seem right, get a second opinion. Healthcare professionals don't always have your best interest at heart.

We have used this office for years now and we have always had a good experience! Yes, you cannot go back with your kids but it's that way with most dental offices. It just doesn't have a lot of room for 10 extra parents to stand around in the main room with like 5 chairs across and you have docs and nurses buzzing around. My guy is sensitive and afraid of white coats and he has never once complained, and has had cleanings, molar sealing, and cavities/chipped teeth taken care of and capped since he was 4/5 years old. They do a good job.

Wow! Amazing office staff and Dentist! I've had a difficult time finding a good Dentist to see both my boys as my youngest has multiple disabilities. The staff here welcomed both boys and were completely comfortable with my youngest! Strongly recommend.

I can not say enough great things about Dr.Milo and his staff! My son has been in three times now and each time has had a great experience. Today he was super nervous because he needed a silver cap but an assistant came out, hugged him, assured him that everything would be just fine and took him back. I understand it's hard sending your child back without you but it allows doctors and staff the ability to perform without the child being distracted. My son came back out maybe 30 minutes later beaming ear to ear saying how easy it was and how great everything went. There is nothing better than seeing your baby being taken care of by someone else the way you would, and that's exactly how this felt. These other reviews are so harsh and scary, and maybe they did have a one off experience but Im so glad I trusted people I had spoken with in person and called and asked all the questions I could before sending him in. I would also encourage you to click on these other reviews profiles because on many you will see a long list of the same types of complaints left for multiple businesses. Do your own research!

I am not saying that this place molests children. But if there WAS a dentist's office that was actually a cover for such a creepy purpose, this is what the paperwork and pre-appointment briefing would look like..designed to establish control. I opted cancel my child's appointment and take him elsewhere.

We had to wait over 45 mins from our scheduled appointment time. They took the kids back and 20 minutes later, they still weren't out. I had to get one of my kids to school for a field trip at 9:15 so I pulled them out to take my kids to school. One of my kids didn't even get his cleaning done while he was back there for 20 mins. They rescheduled me to come back. Skip ahead the the next appointment. Car line takes longer than expected and I am 10 minutes late to the dentist appointment by the time my kids are about to get in the car. I get a call and they say that they are canceling my appointment. I have taken off of work and I am 15 mins late to the appointment. 15 min I probably would have had to wait in the waiting room anyway because they don't take you back at your appointment time. Apparently I am not allowed to be late, but they can make you wait however long they want. I understand that's it's not appropriate to be late, but the double standard at this place really ticks me off.

BE AWARE OF YOUR KIDS!! THEY DIDNT LET ME GO BACK WITH MY CHILD AND MY 3 YEAR OLD WAS SCREAMING HER LUNGS OUT! SHE IS TRAUMATIZED WITH WHATEVER THEY DID AND NOW SHE IS SCARED AND CANT TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED!! PARENTS BEWARE IF THEY WONT LET U GO IN WITH YOUR KID, GOD KNOWS WHAT THEY DO TO THEM HERE!
