Amazing. I had an accident and was left with slightly chipped front teeth. Eric Bieiderwolf fixed me up in 12 minutes and my teeth look and feel perfect. Great clinic!

Dr Skarr has done a few complicated procedures on my teeth with great results over the years. Amber does a gentle and quick job cleaning my teeth, she's very thorough and friendly as well. I also would trust the other dentists at his practice although I haven't used them yet.

I had never been to Dr Skarr's practice before today. I'm in town for a few weeks for work and my bridge, front and center in my mouth, fell out. It was a Friday afternoon and I called every dentist still open between Oconomowoc and Waukesha. The office of Dr Skarr was the last one on my Googled list. Dr Eric Biederwolf was the only dentist in the office, but he had me come right in, after all, as he said, it was important, especially being the front teeth. He was able to cement it back in place, although the fix is only temporary. I was so impressed by both his compassion and his chair side manner and skill that I wish I could be here to gat the permanent fix.

Warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in from the entire staff. I was fortunate to get a same day appointment to resolve a front cracked tooth. Dr. Biederwolf was extremely courteous and did a fantastic job. I hate dental work, but I feel confident that I found my new dentist.

I wish I could give Dr Skarr 10 stars. He used plenty of anesthetic to fill a deep cavity/chip. He offered medicine to help the pulp of my tooth grow stronger, and he gave me a very generous discount on that medicine since I didn't have insurance. Now, less than 24 hours later I'm completely pain free, and I didn't need a root canal as suggested by other dentists. He has done similar things for my mom. Great dentist!

Updating my post because I had another great experience. I have always had great experiences here, but due to my schedule it had been a year since I was able to get into the dentist and I had huge anxiety about it, because I already have huge anxiety going to the dentist. My hygienist, Kim, was OUTSTANDING. Friendly, personable, thorough in her cleaning but absolutely caring and gentle. I don't know that I have ever left feeling like I had such a thorough cleaning without once wincing in pain even a little bit. Don't get me wrong, all the hygienists there are phenomenal, but my experience with Kim this morning was top notch. For anyone on the fence as to whether or not they should try this office out, please do it. From the people that greet you to the door to the Doctor themselves (Shout out to Dr. Burns!), everyone is fantastic. It is just the truth. The sky is blue, I am 36 years old, water is wet, and this office is great. **************************************************************** At 34 I had my first cavity. Dr. Burns explained the entire process and I set up an appointment for the next week to get my first filling. I was quite scared, never having gotten a filling before, and the idea of a drill on my teeth was something that made me very nervous. Again though, prior to this, Dr. Burns explained the whole process so when I did come in I was prepared. On the day in question (today, 2/3/20) I came in quite nervous but everyone put me at ease. During the quick procedure, by the time I figured that the "prep work" was done, Dr. Burns told me everything was already done. The procedure was quick and painless! I couldn't thank them enough for how great they were. Every time I have ever been here all of the staff have been kind and helpful. The dental hygienists are all professional, kind, and amazing at what they do. I always dreaded going to the dentist, but this office has continually amazed me in how delicate they are. While I may never *love* going to the dentist (who does?), I can fully say that this is the best dentist office I have ever been to. Scared of the dentist? Give this office a try! Thank you Dr. Burns and thank you to your amazing staff. Never thought I would be giving a 5 star review to a place drilling into my teeth, but here I am! Thanks again!

Dr Skarr and staff impressed me tremendously. I had needed crowns and the experience from start to finish was exceptional. I highly recommend them if you are apprehensive on certain procedures because their compassion and skill level puts you instantly at ease!

I have been a patient of Dr. Skarr for many years. He consistently takes a personal interest in providing the best dental care possible. A few years ago I cracked a tooth that became very painful in just a couple of days. He opened his office on a Sunday night to work on my tooth to relieve the pain! I'll never forget that. Dr. Skarr is well known and highly respected. The entire staff is very friendly and professional.

The moment I entered the office, I was impressed with quality of the waiting area and the inviting atmosphere. The front office staff was attentative and very friendly, greeting us with a smile. My hygienist was well trained and our family cleanings were very gentle and comfortable. Most impressive was our experience with Dr. Eric Biederwolf and his assistant. He helped my daughter attain the smile she had always dreamt of with his cosmetic dentistry skills. Her smile, when she finally looked in the mirror, lit up the room! He's the coolest dentist I've ever met!! Many dentists are competent, but to have skill, personality and a genuine passion for your work is a rarity. I would HIGHLY recommend this team over any others in this area. Kudos to Dr Brett Skarr and his entire team!

Our family has been going to doctor Skarr for approximately 8 years great service great people. All the people in the office are extremely helpful with any need and they are very accommodating for scheduling.
