This place is all about getting your money they DO NOT know what patient care is. I was billed without a service description on the statement and I know that I don't own anything but I've called for the 10th time they put me on hold and then hang up on me.. This office needs not to exist anymore. There is a lack of human decency and professionalism from the front office to the back office. They treat the patient like there just another easy money and want them to get stuff done that is not needed I know because that happend to me recently. Please STAY AWAY FOR YOUR SAFETY..

Brentwood Smiles provided my best dental experience yet! As someone who hates visiting the dentist, Brentwood Smiles made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in through the door. Dr.Dilan was super thorough in his exam and made sure to answer all my questions. He walked me through all steps of my proceed along with a comprehensive exam, explaining where I need to floss better to prevent cavitys and areas to focus brushing more. Even asking if I needed breaks during my procedure to make me feel more comfortable. Amber was the sweetest dental assistant I've met! She was super nice and attentive to all my needs during my visit. By far one of the best dental visits I could have asked for! Will definitely be coming here for all my needs!

I travelled 3 hours to see Dr.Mokbil and it was worth every minute. The office is extremely clean and staff is very friendly. Doctor addressed all my concerns, was very patient with me and super efficient. He has a very gentile touch; I didn't feel the needle at all and was numb right away. Excellent work Dr. Mokbil, thank you so much!! 100% recommend .

Dr.Ahmad Mokbil is the best doctor I have ever seen Undoubtedly he is the best dental-related experience i've ever had. From the first day I visited this office I've felt as though I've been cared for and treated like family. Amazing experience with all the staff from the front door to (DN). He told me what I needed and what I didn't very very happy with their service. As always, it is a pleasure to walk in office. You are greeted with a warm smile by the front desk team, my hygienist was fantastic and of course (DN) is awesome! . I had a great experience with (DN). I am always very anxious at the dentist and my doctor did a great job in making me feel comfortable and anxiety free! Highly recommend Dr.Ahmad Mokbil to anyone who has anxiety about a dentist.

Dr.Ahmad Mokbil provided me an excellent and professional experience. He is the dentist that I could trust . Dr. Mokbil took the time to explain the details of what I need, so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what's going on so there are no surprises which makes me feel safe and well taken care of. It was my first visit to this office and everyone was extremely considered and professional, from the receptionist, office staff, dental hygienist and dentist. If your looking for a great friendly office this is the place.

I was looking for a new dentist and was nervous, I picked Brentwood Smiles and thankfully it turned out great. Nicole is the best! She is so friendly and professional and told me what to expect and took all my X-rays etc. I had an extensive appt, Dr Sonam Agrawal was excellent and examined my dental issues and knowing I had tooth pain was gentle and understanding. I had a deep cleaning by Liz she was very nice and did a good job. Through all this Nicole was checking on me to make sure I was feeling ok. This was a long appt but everyone was welcoming, open and upfront about procedures and costs . I had a good experience, being someone that is highly nervous of a dentist , this is a nice and clean, very modern up to date tech office . I feel comfortable getting my dental work done here.

Dr. Sonam Agarwal Is friendly and professional. She diagnosed my need for a crown, explained the various choices of crowns, and had Lili of the front office print out my choices and the costa. They contacted my insurance company for me and applied my insurance payments immediately, Alexis and JW helped me with cleaning and x-rays. I got a new crown installed on the SAME DAY. This office uses digital x-rays which are more detailed and use only 90% of the power of normal x-rays. That is awesome. I was able to sign up for online dental information, communication and appointments on MyChart. I whole heartedly recommend Brentwood Smiles Dentistry Dental Group. I am so glad I found them. My last dentist took 6 weeks to install a crown. Now I can get it in one day!

All the staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Maryam Khakpour made sure I clearly understood the reasons for each treatment she recommended. The deep cleaning and crown were performed together, with staff working around each other. I couldn't be happier with my decision to switch my treatment to Brentwood Smiles Dentistry.

I get a little paranoid when going to the dentist but everyone here was Awesome when I got work done I felt little to no pain Dr Sonam was Amazing and Karen the Hygienist did excellent work I never saw such great team work Nicole wow! she is the best made me feel right at home very confortable. I have been told I need a crown and it will be done the same day and I noticed they keep putting jell to my tooth for measuring my tooth and no one bother telling me that their machine was shut down they you usually good .. and they put temporary crown I have to ask all questions what I can do and not instead of inform me . I have been hurting and. Decided to take a Tylenol. I ask the front desk and kind a give me attitude saying it's not on their hand if the machine suddenly broke .At least they inform me for staying total if 2:30 hours .. Love to say my dentist same one

I normally hate the dentist, but I had a great experience at Brentwood Smiles. I went in on a referral for a root canal and from the start I was walked through the procedure and put at ease. It was simple and painless, I was then able to be seen to get my crown replaced. I assumed it would be a two trip process, but I left with my new permanent crown. Nicole is awesome at her job and you can tell she loves what she does. I love my new tooth. Both Dr Sonam and Dr Alnatour were both wonderful.

The staff are wonderful but over worked and understaffed. Constantly either behind schedule or calling to reschedule took me over 1 hr to get cleaning done 6/16/22. Whom ever owns this place need to take notice and do something to help their staff. The lady helping me had been working through lunches many days and that day too.
