I can not say enough about how amazing this practice is. Besides the fact that our family can all be taken care of in one place, they really do care about what is in your best interest . They do nothing unnecessary, and make sure you are completely comfortable.

I hate going to the dentist especially for cleanings. However, mine was quick and painless. When the doctor came in, he was friendly and informative.

My husband and I have been going to Brentwood Dental Specialists for several years for cleaning and checkups and could not be more satisfied. We have received thorough, excellent care there.

I am 21 now, and went through braces, an expander with a turn key, and headgear here about 10 years ago. I had multiple X-rays taken, and even met with an oral surgeon here due to my Class 3 Malocclusion and severe cross bite. I was told the surgery would be "cosmetic only" at about 11 years old. I am now needing 2 jaw surgeries in the next year, one being double jaw surgery. My teeth are severely damaged due to this. I experience severe pain daily and my jaw situation has only gotten worse. I cannot believe they didn't catch this or inform me of this when I was a patient here. I could have completed the surgery many years ago and saved myself from a lot of damage to my teeth, gums, and jaw. I met with a jaw surgeon recently and was told this is something that could've been caught a long time ago. Was also informed that based on my X-rays (which I had many of here as a kid) it should've been apparent that this would not be fixed with braces or any form of orthodontic work other than surgery. This is not something I developed over time, it has always been this way and should've been taken care of a long time ago. I understand technology has changed in 10 years, but it is clear from X-rays and scans that there is a skeletal issue with my jaw that can be fixed ONLY through surgery. I was put through a lot of pain as a kid with an expander with a turnkey (used to widen the top jaw and is extremely painful) and headgear, when this would never have solved this problem. I could've saved myself a lot of stress and pain having this surgery sooner. It is not a cosmetic procedure, it is medically necessary and always has been. I would give this place less than zero stars if I could. My orthodontist was Dr. Robert Hendricks.

I was very happy with my first visit to Brentwood Dental Specialists. I was checked in promptly; the wait for the dental hygienist was minimal. I believe her name was McKenzie, but I apologize if I misunderstood the name. She was awesome. She treated me with respect, and she did a great job cleaning my teeth thoroughly but gently. I hope to see her at my next appointment in 6 months.

No care no sympathy. The filling they put for my child was a fail. The kid is in pain after it fall off and they even cancelled her appointment a few minutes after scheduling despite they know she is in pain. The receptionist said this is the decision of the owner of the practice.

10 out 10 would recommend! This Ortho staff has turned into family. From the beginning of Invisalign to occasional maintenance, never a single issue.

Everything was good at the clinic. My cleaning was good. The visit with the doc was good and quick. It's a bit too big a clinic for me but I will keep going there for the time being. The doc is spread super thin with all the people he has to stop to see. Largest dental office I've ever been to and that's just part of it. I prefer a more intimate setting where you actually get to know the people at the desk and the dentist knows you by name. I doubt that will be the case here. The front desk is so busy that I doubt they'd remember me at all. To each their own, but for those looking for a dentist they can build a relationship with...I dont' think this is the place.

This office provides full and excellent service for your children through their young adulthood. Everything is done well and with professionalism. They schedule with your convenience in mind. They communicate clearly and verify the procedures before they are completed. I trust them and my kids like them. I highly recommend this practice.
