Dr. Brent Wehner hails from Lubbock, Texas where his father worked for Texas Tech University as Vice Chancellor in charge of Fundraising. Dr. Wehner is a graduate of Texas Tech with a B.A. in Biology and then obtained his M.S. in Animal Science in beef cattle breeding and genetics. A switch in academics led him to Dallas, and to Baylor College of Dentistry, from which he graduated in 2006.
Dr. Wehner enjoys all facets of dentistry, from crown and bridge work to root canals and implants, and enjoys being a dentist for your entire family. He is licensed to administer oral sedation, as well as nitrous oxide (laughing gas). He is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the North Texas Dental Association.
Dr. Wehner has many hobbies, most all of them involving the great outdoors. He is an avid hunter, in particular birds, wild hogs, and various varmints. He also has great interest in old model steam engines, leading to his collection of Lionel trains. Another hobby is restoring old farm tractors. In the future, he would like to have a seed stock operation raising Beefmaster cattle.
He is married to his lovely wife, Stephanie, and they have two beautiful little girls, Ava Hope and Sadie Grace. They have recently settled down with the purchase of their first home with plenty of room in the yard for their kids to play.

Amazing staff, made me feel like I had been coming for a long time. The dentist was amazing, he worked hard and his charges were reasonable. (After having had some awful experiences over the last few years with dentist, this was over the moon great). I don't particularly look forward to going to the dentist, and yet, I actually look forward to my next visit here. Thanks everyone for being awesome.

I called doctor Wehner's office today to make an emergency appointment due to an abscessed tooth.& I'm out of antibiotics. The receptionist stated Yes It is an emergencyAnd we can set an appointment up for you a week from today.

All staff members were absolutely welcoming, and respectful. The Overall Graceful atmosphere has this office crisp and clean. I most definitely enjoyed the conversation with the dentist on options to consider and the cause and effect of each option. 10

I loved Dr. Wehner I did my internship with him years ago and I have been having dental problems lately. My teeth are awful I don't know why I take care of them & I was already embarrassed to go in. I had a cleaning apt , they didn't even clean my teeth and I literally cried the whole apt due to how the assistant or hygienist treated me. No one seemed to care or have any empathy at all. I was very disappointed & will not be going back.

Went in for a root canal I was so nervous but they took care of me and after a wile I calmed down and it was a breeze. No pain at all just a little tender. Can't wait to go back. He's one of the best dentist I've ever been to in my life. I highly recommend him

I have only been going to Dr Wegner for about a year but I am so pleased with this dentist and his staff. I have had no pain during the cleaning process and when I had a root canal done, it was painless also. I highly recommend him to all my friends.

Dr Wehner and his staff are always friendly, professional, and get me in and out timely. They emphasize and teach their patients about all aspects of oral health, especially preventative measures. and use latest technology in their office for treatment. Vic is hands down the best hygienist I have ever had - he's detail oriented, shoots it to me straight, and takes his role in my health very seriously. I actually look forward to going to the dentist since I started going to Gentle Dental over ten years ago!

Good dentist. Nice people. I've been going here for a few years now and I would recommend them. I should also say, I don't really have many issues with my teeth, so I haven't needed a whole lot of work.
