I called Dr. Sonnenberg's office needing to make an appointment to get a root canal. They were able to get me in the next day. Dr. Sonnenberg is very personable, and professional. He is very skilled clinically, and told me what he was doing the entire time. I was very nervous at the beginning of the procedure, but had no pain during the entire process. Dr. Sonnenberg is very calming, and the overall process went very smooth.

Dr Sonnenberg and his staff are excellent. I had two root canals over two days in a row. Dr Sonnenberg even reached out to me in the evening to check on me. This was my third one with him and each time I was impressed with his skills, equipment and professionalism. He is also very careful about minimizing any pain. I had absolutely had none. In the end, I no longer have any sensitivity or pain due to cold beverages. I would recommend Dr Sonnenberg for any Endodontic procedure. Don't put it off.

Excellent! I wouldn't go anywhere else. He is very, very thorough. Explains the entire process. I felt no discomfort through the entire procedure, not even with the numbing shots.

My wife went here for a root canal. Dr Sonnenberg was amazing and very kind-- which is the saving grace of this review. They require 100% payment for all services up front and refuse to bill the customer. But the main reason for my 2 star review is their rude and standoffish receptionist (Lindsey I think). I called with questions about billing and she immediately got defensive and was completely unhelpful, my wife said her experience in office wasn't any better. It's like this woman WANTS to lose clients. Surprised Sonnenberg hasn't let go of this bad face of his company in favor of someone more personable. We canceled our followup appointment and will be going somewhere else.

The office staff and billing are very rude, when calling to ask questions about my bill there is no explanation, they didn't answer my questions and kept threatening to send it to collection. They wouldn't even give their name so I had no idea who I was talking to. I will be going to someone else I trust and to someone who can explain the charges they are billing for.

The entire process was flawless and pain free. The needle for numbing didn't hurt and the entire root canal was painless including my recovery. Didn't have to take any pain reliever after. If you are anxious about a root canal, don't be you are in AMAZING hands. Thank you Dr Sonnenberg and team!!!

Excellent service at Brent Sonnenberg, Endodontist for my root canal today. Space age technology gave me confidence in the procedure. Mery and Lindsay took great care of me. The process was so smooth that I actually fell asleep and started snoring. No pain after the procedure and I just got a text from the doc checking up on me. If you need a root canal this is the only place to go. Two thumbs up!!

Dr. Sonnenberg is fantastic! I can not recommend him enough. I was referred to him by my normal dentist after it was apparent I was going to need a few root canals. I was in an accident that damaged my 4 front teeth and over time the trauma to the teeth cause root problems that needed to be taken care of. The thought of getting 4 root canals was very terrifying however Mr. Sonnenberg and his staff were so accommodating and helpful during the process it made it a breeze! I was surprised how quick, effective, and relatively painless the procedures were. If you need a root canal, I am sorry, but you NEED to go to this guy. He is the best around.

I had to get an emergency root canal with Dr Sonnenberg as referred from my dentist. He and the assistant were patient, professional, and took the time to answer any questions I had. The procedure took about an hour, and I felt no pain the next day! He even messaged me following the procedure as a wellness check up, something I would consider very courteous. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Dr. Sonnenberg is a fabulous dentist who was referred by my family dentist, along with a few others. The positive reviews I read helped me make the decision to schedule an appointment, I hope this positive review will also help you make the decision to schedule the appointment. This is my first root canal, for obvious reasons I was anxious going into the appointment, all kinds of dread stories involving root canals, the experience was painless and pleasant. Dr Sonnenberg explains what needs to be done, what he's going to do, why it needs to be done and he makes sure the procedure is painless. He is professional and proficient and what he does.

Excellent first time experience with a root canal. Dr. Sonnenberg and Nurse Meri are very professional, efficient, thorough, and friendly. They explained the procedure step by step as they worked on my root canal and made sure I was comfortable through the entire process. Hearing the horror stories / bad experiences that family and friends had endured with other Dentists / Endodontists, I was nervous. After my experience at Dr. Sonnenberg's ...I have nothing, but high praise for him and his staff. I'm super grateful to have my first root canal to be an excellent experience and definitely recommend going to him. Thank you!!

Dr. Sonnenberg was amazing. I had a lot of trepidations going into my first root canal, I had heard a lot of horror stories, but honestly Dr. Sonnenberg was amazing, answered all of my questions, and made me feel a lot less anxious! Not only was he great during the procedure, he also took the time later that evening to check in and see how my tooth was feeling. If you are nervous about a root canal or aren't sure which Endodontist to go to, I 10/10 highly recommend him!

Very expensive. Double the average. Ask first if you can. There are many other fine dentists who will help, perhaps take insurance and do it all professionally for 1/2 the price. I had a standard molar/root canal. Dr. Sonnenberg's care cost $2100. I had to come twice to his office. Then I had to go back to have the crown finished to my primary dentist. Avg. cost for a root canal is $900-1200. Mine, which was not medically unique, cost $2500.

I have never been treated so well by a doctor. He personally took my phone call when he heard I was in pain needing a root canal. Then he personally called the pharmacy that moment to get me started on antibiotics. He did a great job saving my tooth and fixing the problem. I would highly recommend him.
