Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
At Brent C. Maxson, DMD, PA we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.
*The patient and any other person responsible for payment has a right to refuse to pay, cancel payment or be reimbursed for payment for any other service, examination, or treatment which is performed as a result of and within 72 hours of responding to the advertisement for the free, discounted-fee, or reduced-fee service, examination or treatment.

We accept many PPO insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Delta, Dentemax, Premiere Group and Blue Access. We also offer Value Smile, an in-office Insurance Plan for patients with no insurance.

Dr. Maxson has been my dentist for over 10 years and I have always had a great experience. Love his staff and I trust them with caring for my teeth unlike other dentists who recommend extensive work when it isn't needed. They are highly ethical and professional !!

Dr. Maxon runs an outstanding dental practice with ultimate professional service and dental expertise. Melissa, one of Dr. Maxon's premire dental Hygienists, while carefully inspecting my teeth, immediately discovered I had deeply fractured a tooth. She showed Dr. Maxon the x-ray. Dr. Maxon came in and visually evaluated the extent of the tooth fracture. Despite the fracture's depth, Dr. Maxon expertly diagnosed it had not impacted the nerve. He believed he could save the tooth with a rebuild and a crown. When I came in to get the first part of the crown procedure, Patti, Dr. Maxon's surgical assistant, welcomed me into the dental "operating room." Always pleasant and always professional, she prepped me for the procedure and laid out the surgical tools. Dr. Maxon came in and immediately went to work. Impressively, he worked his dental acumen with agilty and amazing speed. He reminded me of how a professional quarterback would drive the team down the football field to score a win in the last two minutes of the game. I heard the drilling and other noises that would normally cause pain, but I felt no pain. Dr. Maxon, as another testament to his professional skills, seemingly only used one shot to completely numb the area to make the entire procedure painless. He finished his drilling, rebuilding the tooth, made me bite a few times, grinding the tooth and inserted the temporary crown in about 30 minutes . He stood up, lifted his hands indicating he had finished (like a champion cowboy roping a calf) and I left to meet the very pleasant staff to schedule the next appointment. Efficient; friendly; on time; modern technology for cleaning teeth, polishing etc. Also modern tech for x-rays, appointments, etc. Fully explained all procedures and future appointments. They are able to book cleaning appointments for my husband and me for the same times. I like having the same hygienist each time I go. It's almost a "joy" to go!!

I was a new patient visiting the practice for my first visit. From the time I entered the office, everyone was super-friendly and extremely helpful in explaining how the practice functions and assists their patients. Ashley, my hygienist, was very personable and super-skilled in the use of her high tech equipment. Dr Maxon came in to introduce himself and take a look at the work ahead of him. Check out and scheduling my next visit was a breeze! Overall, I'm looking forward to the next visit and getting the Dr and his staff better! Dr Maxon and his staff are super! I would highly recommend them to anyone! I returned to Dr Maxon's on Tues. (8/9/22) and was greeted by name, not only by the front desk staff, but by Ashley, the hygienist who saw me a week ago. Dr Maxon was fantastic during the consult, explaining all the options and carefully consulting the PET scan to explain the process and the anticipated outcome. Great guy! It's an impressive office!
