The staff are always kind, welcoming, and the text and email updates are great about upcoming appointments. As someone that used to have dentist anxiety, I can't reccomend the group here enough.

As a former dentist avoider, I agree with all other reviewers who have indicated that Brenner Dental has completely changed my opinion. Everyone is warm, welcoming, professional, and has put me completely at ease. I now look forward to my dental visits!

I do not typically feel comfortable going to the dentist and back in 2021 I checked out Brenner Dental after having a very bad infection in my mouth. I have never been so pleased with the care that I received. Thank you staff and care teams at Brenner Dental.

I went to Brenner Dental Group after asking for recommendations on FB. I have a serious dental phobia, & explained that when making the initial appointment. They really listened to my concerns & made my visit as painless as possible! I need to have extensive work done, & Dr. Lespe has explained each step in detail & answered all of my questions (no matter how silly). I would highly recommend Brenner Dental Group, all of the assistants/hygienists, & Dr. Lespe!

I came across Brenner Dental back in 2021 because I needed an extraction done among other work. I had not been to a dentist in years. I was welcomed and treated with the utmost respect and we came up with a treatment plan that would work best for me. The folks at Brenner Dental are the absolute best and I would recommend them to anyone needing a dentist. :-)

I had a crown come off while at work, I called right to see when I could get in to get it back on, I was able to get in within an hour and my appointment was very fast. Totally appreciated it!!

I have always avoided going to the dentist, but since discovering the Brenner Dental Group, it has been a very positive experience. The Doctors and their staff have been nothing but professional, caring and proactive in taking care of my dental needs. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I have always had the best experience here, the new office is very nice, and the staff is very kind. I am usually in and out within a half hour. Can't recommend enough!

Billing needs some improvement. Twice in two months I have received a bill after paying for procedures. Spend some extra time to figure out what is owed at the time of appointment. This was never an issue in past years. Blaming the insurance company is just a convenient answer.

I recently moved out near Buffalo and needed to find a new dentist. I will not go anywhere else as long as I live near Brenner from now on! The entire staff is very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Each visit is very pleasant from my perspective. I would highly recommend Brenner Dental Group!

Today was my first experience with Brenner Dental. I'm new to the state, had an emergency tooth issue and they took me in with open arms and smiling faces! I am sincerely thankful I came across this office...not only for them taking me in so quickly, but to also have found such a good group of people to have as my dentist office. Helpful, honest, and have a warm friendly vibe.

They were very good in listening too me. What was to be done was changed on my viewpoint. They not only listened but believed in my opinion and thought it would be the better way to proceed. Not many medical doctors will change their opinion and go a different route for the better.
