As someone who has severe dentist/dental anxiety, Dr Baird is one of a kind! She is always so gentle and reassuring, and she answered all of my questions at each appointment-she truly has a gift. I have always been so self conscious of my teeth and smile, and with veneers, she gave me a brand new, confident smile! Her staff are also super sweet and do a great job at cleaning teeth assisting Dr Baird. They always have a smile on their face and make sure that you are comfortable during your appointment.

Excellent service! I don't like going to the dentist. I'm just not a fan of other peoples hands in my mouth. But Brenham dental center staff has always made me feel comfortable and valued when I go there. I totally recommend getting your teeth serviced here.

I highly recommend this dentist and office! The experience was seamless from start to finish for my appointments. They prepared several options for my treatment and explained each one in a way that made it easy for me to choose what was best for my situation. Gentle, comfortable and all of the latest technology!

My experience was more with the dental office, rather than Dr. Baird. I made an appointment in Jan 2021 to receive a crown, after a root canal procedure. It was scheduled for Feb. The snow storm in Feb caused my appointment to be cancelled (the office called me and advised me to call and re-schedule my appointment). I did this. The new appointment was re-scheduled for the end of March. I even received a reminder text about a week before, and on the day of the appt. I arrived on site, sat in the parking lot and called to advise that I was there. The person on the phone stated that they did NOT show an appt but that they could schedule the appointment for MAY! There was no regard for the time I took off of work, the frustration I felt, and no apparent effort to look for my appt or figure out what happened. I have had two appointments with this office and have never felt so worthless as a patient than I have at that moment. Even though I have not had any problems with Dr. Baird or her hygienist, I will NOT be going back to this dentist office. This was very poor treatment of their patients. I will be telling everyone I know of the terrible treatment I have received.
