I hadn't been to a dentist in years, I have just completed my second cleaning and I couldn't be happier. The entire staff is wonderful. The care is gentle and communication is clear. I don't dread going to the dentist anymore!

I hadn't been to a dentist in years, I have just completed my second cleaning and I couldn't be happier. The entire staff is wonderful. The care is gentle and communication is clear. I don't dread going to the dentist anymore!

Prior to visiting her, I had absolutely no pain in my teeth. During the visit she had given me a temporary cap, explaining that she was not sure if my tooth needed a root canal or not, and had decided it was not necessary. She had explained that this temporary cap would last for around a year before she would need to remove it and do some work. They charged me for the visit, and I left. The next day I had substantial sensitivity and pain in the tooth. After calling her, she was not free for a visit until a month later in March, which I had grudgingly accepted. I could not believe I was charged for a visit that did more damage than good, and not even given an apology or a follow up visit until a month later. Well a month later, I had left my previous job searching for a new one, and had temporarily no Health insurance. This was something that I had notified her and her staff about, questioning whether or not I should keep my appointment...With the busy job search ahead, I had missed my visit accidentally. I did not receive any voice message when calling to remind me. I was completely unaware of this missed appointment, as I was focusing on finding a new job. I was than sent an insulting letter from her office,charging me $200 for the missed appointment. After being a patient with her for over 5 years, I was charged a substantial amount of money for a cap that lasted less than a day and cause me pain, and 200$ for a visit that was only needed and scheduled to fix the mistake she had made in the prior visit. I would not recommend her as a dentist to anyone. I feel wronged and robbed of my money, health, and time. This was no way to treat a loyal patient of so many years.
