I grew up in Longview helping my father in his dental practice when I was in high school and in college. During those years, my passion for dentistry was inspired by my father and my determination for excellence and success was kindled by my mother.
I began my dental career over 20 years ago and have been happy to call Dr. Copeland's office home as a Registered Dental Assistant since January 2016. I received my education from the University of Texas Health, San Antonio School of Dentistry.
I am from Marshall and have been a Registered Dental Hygienist in Longview for 11 years. I am married to my best friend and soulmate, and we have 2 young boys. They are a handful, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. I recently graduated from the Tyler Junior College Bachelor's program for Dental Hygiene, with high honors. I have been in practice with Dr. Copeland for 9 years.I love what I do here. I enjoy taking care of my patients and visiting with you all like we are simply old friends. My goal is to keep you as happy and comfortable as I can during your dental experience, and helpDr. Copeland provide you with comprehensive treatment plans that meet your needs and your personal preferences. I always want open communication with my patients and coworkers, so if there is ever anything I can take care of for you or do differently, please just let me know.
My name is Patti Heath and I recently moved from Forney to Woodlawn. Ive been in dentistry for 30 years. I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Copeland and her staff and I believe I have found an office I can stay with until I retire. I have been married for 31 years and have 2 children, a son and a daughter. Both are married and I am now patiently awaiting grandchildren.

This was my first time to use Dr. Copeland. Her and her crew were very nice. She did a wonderful job explaining and showing me everything. Very informative. Her staff goes above and beyond. Anything from insurance to offering you a blanket.

I'm consistently blown away by how amazing Dr. Brenda and her crew are. From the little details, like offering a blanket during your visit so you're nice and cozy the whole time, to the bigger work that has lead to absolutely life-changing happiness, especially for my husband, Dr. Brenda has only seen us 3 times, and her and her team already feel like genuine friends. If someone reading this is on the fence about changing dentists and looking for the right choice for them, I cannot stress this enough: DR. BRENDA IS THE BEES KNEES, GUYS! Not only for all the amenities her office offers, or for her team's work to keep you comfortable through every means possible, or even for the more than reasonable price of dental work, Dr. Brenda is the best dentist because she has heart and it really, truly, shines in all of her work. (Plus, and I know I said the team is amazing and I mean it, but I love that I can occasionally text Bridget, who handles the front desk, if I have a question! She's so sweet, prompt, and helpful. So lovely working with her and everyone in the office!!)

I am so happy to have Dr. Copeland for a dentist and Suzette for a dental hygienist. Both ladies are very conscientious and care for their patients with utmost integrity. My husband is a retired dentist and I know how a great dentist conducts business and provides dental care. Both Dr. Copeland and Sarah are top notch.

Dr. Copeland is always extremely personable, professional, and empathetic. I have some special medical situations and Dr. Copeland and Kim #1 and Kim #2 were very attentive to my needs and worked hard to make my experience as positive as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Copeland and her office staff.

What a wonderful group of people! Even though Dr. Copeland was unable to help with my problem as I required something she couldn't do because of my health issues, she tried everything she could to figure out how to be able to get it done; she even called me herself to discuss it. Tell me of a doctor who does that anymore? Once my health issue is resolved, I look forward to seeing her again. She is just so warm and kind.

Have been seeing Dr. Copeland for years, and have been completely satisfied with every aspect of my treatment. This appointment involved my first experience with a new dental hygienist. We loved Sarah, the previous hygienist. Suzette, the new hygienist was very thorough, and did a good job, but was not as personable. Although it is unfair to compare her with someone we have spent years getting to know. My only advice would be for her to give the patient more "swallowing " breaks. She spent just a little too much time with instruments in my mouth between breaks.

Dr. Copeland and her Staff are the most compassionate Dental Office I have experienced. If you're in pain OR having issues, Ms. Bridgett works at getting you in asap. They are all so amazing to work with and GENUINELY care about your well being....I'm so so grateful for Dr. Copeland as she have spared me from getting dentures!!

I've been going to Dr. Copeland and staff for years now and highly recommend! Incredibly friendly atmosphere and they make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. DO NOT GO if you have a thing against dentists caring a great deal about your teeth and well-being :)
